Located within walking distance to the beach, Tivoli by the Sea is one of the most luxurious vacation spots at the Resort. White stucco villas topped with clay tile roofs enhance the Mediterranean appeal of the Tivoli by the Sea enclave. Guests will enjoy all that the Resort has to offer while staying at Tivoli.

Tivoli #5226 is perfectly situated with lovely lakeside and golf course views. The screened patio invites you to sit awhile and enjoy a cup of coffee and beach breezes. The decor is tasteful, warm and cozy with neutral ceramic tile throughout and spa blue coastal tones. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the amenities of home including a Ninja Coffee System. There is a bistro table that seats two, and a dining table that seats six.

The master bedroom is comfortably furnished with a king bed and leads to a custom tiled master bathroom. The guest bedroom offers two twin beds with a third twin bed located in the bonus alcove. Both bathrooms have been updated with decorative tile and walk in showers. For unexpected guests, there is a new queen sleeper sofa. This property accommodates seven guests comfortably.

Spend some time lounging at the private Tivoli pool with its sparkling blue water. The pool is heated seasonably at the discretion of HOA. Hop on the golf cart and spin on over to the beach to enjoy the pristine white sand and emerald waters. Complimentary tram service will take you directly to the Village at Baytowne Wharf for boutique shopping, dining, entertainment and nightlife. Grand Boulevard and the Market Shops are both located just outside the resort gates and provide access to more shopping boutiques, dining and entertainment. The Resort features miles of sandy white beaches set against emerald waters, four championship golf courses, a tennis center with 15 courts, a full marina, and a fitness center and spa, jogging and walking paths, and much more.

For additional parking, guests may use off-site paid parking at Geronimo RV Park in Miramar Beach (2.9 miles away). Please contact Geronimo RV Park directly atorfor availability and pricing.

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.
