There is a state of the art, fully stocked gourmet kitchen with the newest Bosch stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The sunny breakfast room seats eight. For your entertainment, a beautifully decorated family room features plush seating, a 57' flat screen television, and access to the screened back porch. The master bedroom suite is tastefully appointed with luxury linens and a stunning natural stone bath with vessel sinks, whirlpool tub and rain shower. Other sleeping arrangements include a guest room which sleeps four with two double beds (no bunks) and provides its own entertainment center as well as a beautifully designed natural stone full bathroom with a bathtub and shower combination. The third bedroom is spacious and relaxing with a king size bed, a flat screen television and it's own full bathroom with a natural stone shower.

Outside is a sunny screened-in lanai overlooking the Baytowne Golf Course with a golf course view towards the beach. You will find outdoor seating on the screened porch. The Tivoli neighborhood has a few visitor spots identified as TIV3 however they are first come, first serve. Only one spot is guaranteed. The resort does not offer overflow parking. CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance.
