Closer to home, you can walk over to the Swim & Racquet Club to cool off in the pool, play on the free tennis courts, or enjoy a picnic lunch. Nearby White Horse Park also features a playground, basketball court, skate park, and walking trails.

Perfect for a large family reunion or a holiday celebration, this two-story home offers comfortable living spaces, a full kitchen, and a furnished balcony. In the evenings, head out to the backyard and gather the family around the outdoor fire pit for a night of s'mores and storytelling!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the ā€œDamage Waiverā€). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Lovely house

Very comfortable house, room enough for 8 adults and 2 young kids. Great location. Fire pit with Smores a big hit. No problems, enjoyed our stay.

A decent experience

The house was in a nice location, and the kitchen and the house was nice, however the WiFi was poor (Vacasa did give us new WiFi but we went 1/3 of our trip without WiFi) and the cleanliness left a lot to be desired (housekeeping either did not come or did a very poor job as there was leftover food and trash from the last stay). Overall, if you do book, donā€™t expect a pristine house, and you may be without WiFi, but it does the job.

Spacious for larger family

The space was good. The basement where 4 of the bedrooms are had a little musty smell. Decor was a little dusty and house needed a good cleaning and some minor fixes (it was end of summer season) but overall great neighborhood and spacious house for our group of 9 adults and a baby.

Always a great place

We really enjoy staying at this property! I love that thereā€™s a lot of space. I also think itā€™s amazing that they have cooking utensils for large families. It was very seamless to make a large meal. I also love the large capacity, washer and dryer. The beds are all comfortable and so is the living room furniture. The location of this place is really great and I really enjoy it. The kids said all weekend long how comfortable this place is!

First time to Ocean City

We were in town for a baseball tourney with our kiddos and our friends. The house was perfect! We had 8 in our group, 3 adults and 5 kids, and we had plenty of space for everyone! The house had a great, open layout. The only recommendation I would have is to maybe get some deck furniture. It would have been nice to sit on the deck or in the sunroom. Other than that the house was great!

House had nice lay out for a group of eight. Neighborhood was quite. However, wasn't very clean, we went out and bought rugs for inside the door to keep the floors clean. Also not many kitchen utensils, not even a measuring cup for the coffee pot. Blinds in a couple of the rooms didn't work.

At first glance it was good. But as we began to put things in the rooms, there was dust, cobwebs clinging to bed posts etc. (we cleaned them). The downstairs bathroom was VERY dark, dark tiles in the shower, found it not to be very clean and the faucet pulled from tile. On further inspection, we only found smoke detectors in the kitchen, not in bedrooms. An electric outlet in one of the bedrooms also was pulled away from the wall. The dryer vented into a closet behind the laundry room - probably why the house was so humid and damp. It sleeps 10, but not chairs for 10 to sit for meals, and only 5 glasses for drinking! The spacious living room was good for card games and hanging out, the main upstairs bedroom and bath was nice.

Nice property but

We had issues with the AC, ceiling cracked, and bugs. We've stayed in Ocean Pines many times with Caldwell Banker and never had a bug issue. One time, with CB, we had a plumbing issue, which was addressed a day later. The AC issue took a couple days and no one, to my knowledge, addressed the ceiling issue or the bug issue, it was all about the AC. Vacasa's customer service was great and we do look forward to booking again in the same time frame next year

There is good and bad to this property. The good things are that the location is great, the house is much larger then it looks and the kitchen is open and great for larger groups. The bad things were that they advertise that they have a bbq grill which is no longer at the property even though the pictures still show it(and vacasa will do nothing to assist with it even though multiple people have told them the grill isn't there), the house has a musty smell to it(we bought air fresheners once we arrived to get the smell out) and the last thing is that the house just is tired and is in need of some newer furniture and desperately needs paint. Overall it's just ok

Golf trip

Inside was clean but outside could use some work. It shouldn't take much to power wash the outside stairs and decks. Except for that I was very satisfied with the property manager. We were also VERY disappointed with the TV options. Really poor selections available to us, including not being able to watch Monday Night Football on ESPN last night.

Large house

We had a family of 5 adults and 1 child. PROS-This house was very spacious, plenty of seating, a large kitchen, plenty of bathrooms and was within walking distance to the pool (w/splash pad). The other pools weren't too far either. CONS-Basement smelled a little musty and one of the bedrooms smelled of cigarette smoke. The Hot & Cold water lines were reversed on the washing machine. The 2 full bathrooms didn't have any hooks or bars to hang towels. Main bathroom shower curtain had pink slime on the bottom and the sink didn't drain well. Vacuums didn't work well. Microwave was missing the turntable ring. Walls in the downstairs bedroom hallway had lots of dirty hand marks. Some of the windows didn't open (we had some nice weather days and would have liked to open them). The handrails on the deck and the stairs to the firepit were covered in green mold. There wasn't a working light outside on the firepit side. The grill was not usable due to it being rusted. That being said, we enjoyed ourselves but would not go back again to this rental unless the CONS were corrected.

Loved this house!!!

This home was perfect for our family of 10. The kitchen was huge and open for family meals and game night. We went to the playground and pool that is part of the community and we were close enjoy to get to the beach and boardwalk in no time. We will rent this place again!

Overall it was a great time. The inside of the house was very nice and clean. The back porch and patio were both very dirty and no furniture. The gas grill was out of propane (which we bought a refill for out of pocket). The grill will not light itself so you have to manually light, but it works now.
