Located overlooking a lake on the 4th hole of River Run's world-class Gary Player-designed golf course. Guests of this rental will also enjoy access to the golf course, community pool, tennis courts, fitness center, and onsite restaurant. River Run is a beautiful, gated community located just a few miles from Ocean City, MD. This new and well decorated duplex is in an ideal location. The beaches, amusements, restaurants, casino, movies, shopping outlets and marinas are all within 15 minutes.
This duplex has over 2100 sq. feet of space.

The unit has four bedrooms. The first floor Master Bedroom has a king bed and private bath, and an attached private finished porch with great views of the golf course and lake. The first floor second bedroom has a queen bed and full bath in the hallway. The second floor Master Bedroom has two queen beds, access to upstairs full bathroom from the bedroom, and an attached deck overlooking the golf course and lake. The fourth bedroom has two twin beds that share upstairs full bath.

The second floor also has a loft with two twin beds.

The first floor master bedroom with finished porch, and the second floor master bedroom with deck, have great views of the lake and golf course.

The well-stocked kitchen has modern appliances and ceramic floors. There is a dining room table with seating for 6 people right off of the kitchen.

The driveway has parking for three cars. Use of garage does not come with rental. MAXIMUM number of renters in house - 8. MAXIMUM cars permitted at house - 3. Parking is available for additional cars near the community pool.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 30 years of age to book. Guests under 30 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
