When you are not on the beach, take a dip in the community pool.

Enjoy all that Ocean City has to offer from numerous restaurants, miniature golf courses, and beach shopping lining Coastal Hwy to family-friendly theme parks. Plan a day of fun at Splash Mountain Water Park located on 29th St or enjoy rides, games, and food stands on the boardwalk in downtown Ocean City. Tanger Outlets are only a few miles away on Rt 50 in West Ocean City for a fun day of shopping.

Please note, this home is located in an area restricted to no more than four unrelated guests in the home at a time.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
