In a completely private setting, with more than 60 m of seafront and a heated swimming pool, at the Bastion you enjoy a unique place.

The Bastion has been redesigned to accommodate 5 families of 4 people, with open spaces and beautiful volumes. The 250 m² villa, on 2 levels, offers a sea view from most of its rooms. A major renovation ended a can and allows you to benefit from a completely new universe.

There is no shortage of assets outside the Bastion. With its landscaped garden on an enclosed plot of 1350 m2.
You will find :
- a heated swimming pool (from mid-May to mid-September, depending on weather conditions) of 30 m² with its lockable low shelter;
- a summer kitchen and its dining area;
- different terraces surrounding the house. You can, at any time of the day, find different atmospheres and something to meet everyone's expectations;
- direct access to the sea, by a wooden staircase, closed by a gate;
- bikes are available (4 adults and one teen size);
- At the end of the park, a parking space can accommodate 5 cars (in the immediate vicinity of the entrance gate, free public parking of ten spaces can also be used).

The Bastion offers great comfort through its 12 furnished and perfectly equipped rooms, namely:
On the ground floor :
- a large open kitchen fully equipped, with in addition the 2-oven cooking piano, microwave, dishwasher and large worktops, a wine cellar and 3 fridges will be at your disposal;
- a laundry room with a washing machine, a dryer, a freezer, a second dishwasher and plenty of storage;
- a modular dining area extended by a large living room leading to the veranda facing the ocean, which offers an incredible view of the bay of Yves;
- an office playroom including a small sofa and a television;
- two toilets with washbasin
- a bedroom (140X200 bed) with its bathroom.

Upstairs :
- 4 bedrooms (160X200 beds) each with their own bathroom;
- 2 dormitories of 5 beds each (90X190 beds) open on a balcony;
- a toilet ;
- a bathroom with a shower, a bathtub and a large basin.

The Bastion is equipped with wifi, televisions (living room and office), video player - Blueray, game console (WII and PS-3).
Household linen and sheets are provided within the limit of 20 beds. This service was, in previous seasons, optional (15 € / person), it is now included in the rent.
Two baby cots are also available, and can be placed in the different rooms on request, their sheets and duvets will not be provided.
The end-of-stay cleaning service is included (excluding storage). This service was, in previous seasons, optional (300 €), it is now included in the rent.

In the immediate vicinity of the Bastion, you can enjoy:
- a first beach, at the end of the garden, and several others a few hundred meters away,
- the bowling green of the casino meadow (200 m),
- green wood and its fitness trail (250 m),
- a bicycle rental company (400 m away) in summer,
- the sailing school of the north port (500 m),
- each summer a family funfair takes place on the edge of the north beach (650m);
- the Casino (700 m away), open all year round, with its cinema, bar and restaurant;
- from the pedestrian city center at around 1000 m. You will find all the shops and services there. Two typical halls, one dedicated to seafood and the other to land products,
- At the end of the pedestrian heart is Fort Vauban, which marks the end of the Grande Plage, its embankment, its cafes and restaurants, then shops follow one another until the Casino.

Very close to the Bastion:
- Pointe de la Fumée, a great place for fishing on foot, opposite Ile D’Aix and the Fort Boyard "telegenic". It is also the embarkation point for the islands in the area. Many oyster farmers have their huts there.
- Tennis courts (6), mini golf (2X18 holes), 9-hole golf course in the neighboring town (15 minutes by car).
- At the entrance to the almost-island is a supermarket with its service station and a "Drive" offer (Super U).
- All health professionals are present in Fouras-Les-Bains.
