Family Fun at the Flowage

This is a 4 bedroom, 3 bath home. The house is fully furnished and linens are provided. We provide a Keurig machine for morning coffee and a full kitchen is available for your use. Internet is provided and can be used during your stay.

On the top floor their are 2 bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen bed and the second is a "kids" room, which includes a bunk bed with a full bed on the bottom, and a twin on top. The room also has a pull out twin bed for a slumber party. There is a shared bathroom between the two bedrooms, not to mention beautiful views of the lake.

The main level has the kitchen area, a dining room, the master bedroom with an attached bathroom, and a 3 seasons room. The kitchen is fully stocked with basic cookware. The dining space has room for 10 to sit around, so the whole family can congregate after a full day. It also shows off some art work from local artists. The 3 seasons room is a place to come sit in the morning as you watch the sun come up with a cup of coffee in your hands. The master bedroom has a king bed and an attached bathroom, which includes a Whirlpool Jacuzzi.

The basement has the fourth bedroom with a queen bed in it. The common area is set up for family fun with plenty of seating room for everyone. If cold start a fire in the Niagara Escarpment stone fireplace. Or for a more competitive time we have family arcade games. Alternatively turn off the lights and pop some popcorn while you watch a movie on the ROKU TV.

The basement also walks out to the Machickanee Lake access. We provide a charcoal grill and chairs to relax as you watch the boaters and soak in the fun of the lake. If you want to join them we provide 2 adult kayaks and 2 kids kayaks and supply life jackets (Memorial Day to Labor day). The water level may very depending on the city so because it can be shallow and weedy we don't recommend larger boats from our dock. On the Machickanee there are multiple boat launches in different areas of the flowage for fun on the lake with your boat.

In the area you'll find swimming beach in Oconto Falls. They also have local food and attractions. We include maps showing some great public trails to explore. If you want to do something adventurous try the Bay Beach Amusement park, or N.E.W. adventure park. If it's raining you're only a half an hour away from Lambeau field and other Green Bay activities.
