The location is prime as it is close to Champions Gate, Highland Reserve Golf Courses, Disneyworld, Universal Studios, Legoland, Shopping Outlets, a new Super Walmart, Publix Grocery Store, and numerous restaurants just off site on Hwy 27 and 192; as well as, an onsite restaurant with happy hour menu(s).
