This newly remodeled 2 bedroom, two bathroom home is steps from Crystal River, has a pool, and is ready to host you, your friends, and family. A pull out couch in the living room acts a bonus sleeping area. Take the two bikes out for a cruise around the neighborhood, or get the family out on the river in the double and single kayaks. Our family has been coming to Crystal River for years and is happy to give you the local insider knowledge to make for a great vacation. There is also a discounted rate of 10% for 7 nights and additional 12% for 28 nights and longer.

Wonderful week on CR

Perfect vacation while staying in this home away from home. Spacious, equipped and so comfortable. Beautiful neighborhood for walking my dog and met several nice neighbors. Refreshing pooltime after visiting SO many nearby springs...perfect location for a water lover like me!

We were able to check in early. It was a pleasure to have all the incidental amenities, including condiments. The pool was crystal clear. Pool area could use some TLC such as power washing and weeds pulled. The grills need some attention. Linens were so fresh. Would definitely stay again, price was fair!

Great location

We stayed a few nights and wished we had stayed longer. The property was in a great location, clean and the owner was very responsive. We loved having the pool and sat in the yard and watched many species of birds come by to the feeder. We visited 3 sisters which was beautiful, went on a fantastic swim with manatees and visited the Homosassa Springs wildlife park which was greatWe would love to come back and stay longer. next time. Thank you!!

Perfect place to stay for scalloping

The property is nice. A lot of space, off the main road, has a huge yard, and perfect for family and friend gathering. The pool is a great amenity when you have kids. The yard is big enough to have several vehicles and a boat on the trailer. I will stay here again!

Relaxing getaway

This property is in the perfect location for relaxation. The house is spacious with plenty of room to relax in different areas like the sun room where you can quietly read a book or take a swim in the pool or maybe enjoy the sounds of nature in the backyard surrounded by mature trees that are simply majestic.

Great stay on the Nature Coast!

House was great! Really comfortable. Pool was heated as promised. Really close to all the things; downtown, Three Sisters, manatee tours. Location also really central to Homosassa, Lecanto, etc. Neighborhood was also really quiet.

The house is very clean The host very responsive. We were working in the area not there to play so it was important that when we came home we slept good and we're comfortable and it met our expectations.

Perfect vacation

Quiet neighbourhood with a large lot. Lots of privacy, close to all amenities. Enjoyed the sunny days around the private pool. We kayaked with the manatees and hiked State park trails. The weather was perfect. Thank you Clay and Kim, your home was very comfortable and inviting..

Last Minute

We need a place to stay for Thanksgiving and a celebration of life for my brother. We had three different people cancel on us so we were down to wire at finding something. Kim was amazing with understanding our situation and couldn’t be my pleased with the whole experience. Thank you so much!

Rest, Relaxation and fun

Very comfortable and homey. Pool is a wonderful feature. Landscape and scenery are serene. Location is perfect. Many restaurants, stores, water sports within minutes. The communication with the owner was 10 out of 10. Immediate response and very helpful.

Cute Cottage

We had a great stay at this house. We went to the Plantation for the sunset cruise and used a kayak tour company to see manatees. My girls were able to take the SUP and kayak to the area close to the house. They enjoyed that. House was super clean and had everything you needed to have a wonderful time. Pool was a nice benefit also.

Crystal River

House was great, pool needed a little tlc from (I guess) prior client with fur from a dog I believe. Cleaned it myself, no biggie, just a better pool Mgmt company… Kayak launch not attractive at all, difficult to launch but not far from the property so access is easy. Nice and quiet, great restos close so overall a fun stay!

Best Vacation spot in Crystal River!!!

We had such a great time!!! We brought our dogs and they enjoyed it as well. Love the neighborhood it was close to everything. Can’t express how much fun we had!! We will definitely be coming back again. The house was great!! I think the only thing they were missing was a blender. Everything was very clean. Loved the frosted glasses, that was a nice touch!! Can’t wait to plan our next trip.

Holiday

The property was nice and in a very quiet neighborhood. The property manager communicated quickly. The listing should be more specific on how the pool is heated because the pool heating cover system only works when it is sunny and it was not while we were there so the pool was cold. 2 of four kayaks had duct tape to prevent water from coming in and one had a hole.

Clean and comfortable and well equipped

Very happy with our stay. Cozy feel while still feeling spacious. Great location close to lots of activities. HVac a little noisy at night. Kids loved the pool area, grown ups missed some sun loungers. We didn’t have the time, or the energy after our full days activities to use the kayaks or bikes but in cooler months I’m sure that would be fun as the roads and neighborhood felt quiet and safe. Check out Grannies for breakfast! Seafood Sellar has good fresh seafood. Homosassa was also a cool spot for catching water activities. River Safaris Capt Mike for scalloping! Ask for Ron and Dusty at Plantation Adventures in Crystal River for a great manatee experience. We would definitely rent this location again and recommend it to friends.

Perfect Property

This place is everything we hoped it would be. It was myself my husband and our 60 pound dog. First the back yard is spacious and fenced in and since we try to always travel with our dog is hard to find and was appreciated. The neighborhood was quiet and pretty. The house was spacious and comfortable. The master bed was perfect for my bad back. Just the right amount of firmness. Everything you may have forgotten or need is at the house. They truly thought of everything. At night it was dark and quiet you couldn’t hear any noise! The water is nearby and was beautiful. We would definitely stay here again!!! Lastly the owners were nice and helpful and responded to my messages quickly. You can’t go wrong staying here!!!

Not on the water - Was disappointed with the property and the location.

Not at all where we thought the property would be. The map on the listing showed the property located on the water at the end of a small canal. So as we arrived to find that the property was not on the water, let's just say we were all very shocked. What took up another level was that the inside and pool did not look like it had a thorough cleaning prior to our arrival. We had planned to stay here for 6 nights, but the following morning I packed up the family and we left the property. I notified the property manager about our displeasure and told her we vacating the property. Only apologies were given. There was no refund given for the remaining days by the owner or manager. Luckily, we were able to secure another place that and had a great remaining vaction.
