We had a wonderful stay in Crystal River. The house was beautiful, thoughtfully decorated, and exceptionally well equipped—from a well-stocked kitchen and kayaks to games and activities for the kids. The host was incredibly responsive, accommodating, and easy to communicate with. We really appreciated how flexible they were in accommodating our family.

So many beautiful outside spaces. The home was clean and had every thing you could need. I wish I could have stayed longer.

Beautiful home right on the water. The kitchen is well stocked and the home is very clean. Two different screened areas for sitting outside. The host responded promptly when there was an issue with the WiFi. It was resolved quickly. She also sent a list of things to do and restaurants. We will stay again if we come back to this area.

The host made tons of great recommendations which was so helpful! The house is beautiful located right on the water. The house is super clean, spacious, and has all of the amenities you would need.

Excellent communication with the host. Accommodated our extremely late arrival. House was exactly as described. Kitchen was well furnished and the master suite was especially nice. Lots of activities available with the property. Would definitely stay here again!

This home was well stocked with the basic needs. Items like spices, paper towels, toilet paper and even coffee were provided. Location and neighborhood were both excellent. Only complaint, the 3rd bedroom mattress was hard and very uncomfortable to sleep on.

Thank you for your feedback. I’m glad you enjoyed the location, neighborhood, and that the home was well stocked with essentials—that’s something we put a lot of care into. Regarding the mattress, comfort can be very subjective, as many guests actually prefer a firmer sleep surface. That said, we appreciate you mentioning it and will certainly take it into consideration as we continue to improve the experience for future guests.

Really enjoyed our stay. Lovely home, clean, in a nice neighborhood. Lots of extras not typically found in a rental - bikes, kayaks, spices, foil, ziplock bags, nice smelling hand soap , etc. These little details just made it feel homey. We reached out with questions a couple of times, and Charity was very responsive and helpful. We will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful stay at Dixie Shores and couldn’t have asked for a better host than Charity. The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway.Charity clearly takes pride in making sure her guests feel welcome and cared for, and it really shows in the thoughtful touches throughout the home. The location was great, the check-in process was smooth, and our entire experience was stress-free.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a beautiful place with an outstanding host!

Great Vacation and Rental Home

We truly enjoyed our stay here and plan to come back! This vacation rental is in a great location and is very clean. Communication was great from start to finish with the rental owner. We enjoyed swimming with manatees, plenty of dolphin watching and ate at some very yummy restaurants. Highly recommend staying here!

This is the third year in a row that we booked an extended stayed at this peaceful property on Sunnybrook....,.need I say more? Everything about this property is wonderful. Five stars across the board. We especially like sitting on the screened in porch that overlooks the water and enjoying our morning coffee, and watching the fish jumping. This year we saw dolphins and a manatee in the canal next to the house. We will be back.Dave and Mary P.

What a spectacular property! I am a bit picky when it comes to STR's and this one met/exceeded my expectations. Master was big, there are places to hang towels (pet peave) water pressure was great, Kitchen was equiped, Tons of kitchen tools, seating was comfortable, outdoor screened spaces (2) were great. Sit by the water in a couple difference environments. Great house. Grannies was a good place to eat breakfast, several seafood places in town. We were there to scuba dive and see the Mantatees. We dove Rainbow river (good tubing too), Blue Groto, and Devils den. Charity was great as a host. we even left something there and she was overly helpful in figuring out how to get it returned! I would go back!!!! I like to reward people that treat people well and provide a good product by telling others about them.... You will enjoy the space.

Great Crystal River Location

Wonderful property for an extended stay with easy access Crystal River. The neighborhood is quiet and the house is beautiful! We will definitely be back when we visit Crystal River again.

Crystal River stay

Super clean, well appointed home. Very convenient to water and boat dock was super for tie up. We are somewhat local, and this worked for a weekend get away to get the new boat in the water.
