The boat lift is owner-occupied, but there is ample space to tie-up your boat. No double mooring, please. The backyard has in-ground screened heated pool (*No Hot Tub). The lanai provides plenty of seating. Propane grill, 2 kayaks, and 2 bikes on site.

Crystal River offers some of the best scalloping in Florida. The property is approximately 20 minutes from Kings Bay and 20 minutes from the Gulf of Mexico by boat. You can catch fresh water bass and trap blue crabs off the dock, and the mullet hole is just around the corner.

Within a short drive there are numerous restaurants, shopping in historic downtown Crystal River, kayaking, Homosassa Springs Wildlife State park, walking and bike trails, scuba diving, and swimming with the manatees. The house is only a short walk from the Archaeological Museum and surrounded by the Crystal River State Park Buffer. Plan a day trip to any of the nine state parks within 50 miles or work on your back swing at one of the nearby golf courses. Or, you can visit the small beach down Fort Island trail.
