When you stay in this luxurious home, you'll have the whole place to yourself, excluding the garage area. Feel free to use all of the rooms and amenities except the garage. There is plenty of parking on the street in front of the home, and you'll be given a key code for secure and easy access to the home. This urban retreat is equipped with modern comforts to help you ease into vacation mode, including a washer and dryer, high-speed Wifi, and all of your kitchen and bathroom basics.

Between myself and Co-Hosts, we are available 24/7 for your stay.

This beautiful home is conveniently located just West of Germantown in Buena Vista, with the lush green grasses of Monroe Park just a stone's throw away.

Booking Policies
1. Pets : We welcome dogs for **$150** per pet per stay, up to 2.
2. Guest's Agreement - The responsible guest must sign a Guest Agreement before arrival instructions are provided.
3. Guest Count - The guest count on your reservation MUST be accurate. Pricing does change with the number of guests because our turnover costs are variable.
4. Utility Costs : for rentals of 28 days or longer, utility deposit may be required. Inquire for more details if you are booking a 28+ day reservation.
5. Security Cameras : There are three cameras installed: one is a doorbell camera, another is positioned in front of the large window on Scovel St, and the third is in front of the garage. Please note that the garage camera is currently inactive.
6. Security Deposit : A $100 Security Deposit is required for all bookings.
7. Early Check-in/ Late check-outs are available upon request for $75 and dependant based on availability.
