Nestled in a tranquil neighborhood mere moments from a breathtaking local Greenway, this recently renovated East Nashville abode offers an idyllic retreat for your city escapade. Whether you're a family, couple, solo explorer, or a medium-sized group of friends, this home is tailored to accommodate all, promising a memorable stay. With quick access to downtown, Shelby Park, and East Nashville's 5 Points, the house is ideal for your Nashville adventure.

This historic 3 bedroom/1bath home is centrally located in beautiful East Nashville, our cities ā€˜hottestā€™ neighborhood. This homeā€™s location is a stoneā€™s throw from Shelby Park which offers, beautiful greenways, golf, basketball, disc golf, tennis, play parks, river views, and a short drive to 5 points-- East Nashvilleā€™s hub of bars, restaurants and coffee shops. The house itself offers a beautifully remodeled kitchen, two dining areas, plenty of outdoor seating, laundry room, and comfortable beds and bedding. In addition to these features, our new tankless water heater will ensure that everyone in your group will get all the hot water theyā€™ll need. Our cleaning protocol is inline with sanitation methods recommended by the CDC.

Our co-host Rachel will be available to help with any questions the guests may have. Her personal phone number will be provided in our guest book for emergency use. Rachelā€™s office hours are from 9am-6pm. She is available after 6 for emergencyā€™s only.

This property is a beautifully renovated home in a charming, quiet neighborhood. It was exceptionally clean and loaded with amenities. Beautiful home, convenient to Shelby park, and sightseeing. Loved it. Hosts were very responsive to all questions. Was a very safe area for my daughter and I walking around the entire neighborhood to enjoy local eateries. Highly recommend.

My family absolutely loved staying here for Thanksgiving! We were a little concerned about the one bathroom, but it ended up being not an issue. Also the shower pressure was amazing!! The kitchen is beautiful and had everything we needed. The park is right next to the house. We walked the park everyday! We will stay there again!

This is a beautiful house - a proper home from home - in a lovely quiet area that is mere minutes drive from central Nashville with its own great selection of bars, restaurants and supermarkets just round the corner. The owners are quick to respond to any queries. We had a great stay.

Wonderful stay

This property is so clean, well maintained and stocked with everything you could need. Our toddlers loved the kids toys and general upstairs area for playtime. Amazing communication and very easy check-in. Our dog was very happy playing in the fenced backyard. Wonderful stay!

Perfect Thanksgiving weekend

My husband and I stayed here for four nights over the Thanksgiving holiday. It was really well equipped and the location was great. There was a fenced in yard for the fur babies. We would definitely rent this again!

Nice quiet area with all your needs close by. New updated kitchen is really nice. Plenty of room in a smaller looking house. Fenced back yard is great for the fur babies. Big park a block away to walk, picnic and play. Keyless entry/exit is awesome. Wi-fi worked great. The best overall stay we have had.

Probably the cleanest VRBO I have ever stayed at! Well taken care of. Has everything you can think of and comfortable arrangements. Short drive to downtown or the Nissan Stadium. Close to a park, nice area for walking. Enjoyed our trip very much & would definitely stay again!

Great place!

This was the best Vrbo we have stayed at in Nashville- and we have been coming for a few years! So convenient to Shelby Park for our daily walks, and nearby to everything. The front porch was such a bonus, loved having morning coffee on the swing. The house was clean, comfortable and charming. Looking forward to our next visit!

We loved our stay at this cozy cottage in East Nashville. The dĆ©cor was charming and thoughtfully done, creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere the moment we walked in. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and everything was spotless ā€” clearly well cared for.The neighborhood itself is lovely and quiet, with easy access to all the great spots in East Nashville. One of our favorite parts of the stay was the beautiful backyard, which felt like a peaceful retreat.Our host was highly engaging and made the experience even better with great communication and helpful recommendations. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this cottage to anyone visiting the area.

We were there to explore Nashville. The home provided a great home base because it was close to attractions. A couple of areas need attention at the home which included the deck and yard. Otherwise the interior was clean and well maintained.

Excellent location!

Perfect get away-close to downtown and 1 block away from an amazing park. Shelby park is beautiful with a lot of wildlife especially if you get an early start. I spent a lot of my time in the park- walking with my dogs, running, and biking. I saw bucks, several doe, and a few fawns running and playing.

Super clean and comfy. Everything you need plus lots of little extras. Most comfortable beds we've ever experienced and soft, luxurious linens. Great, central location for all things Nashville, plus a quaint neighborhood next to a lovely park. Don't waste time looking anywhere else.

Great location !

Wendyā€™s place was in a great location, close to downtown and in a quiet neighborhood. Beds were amazing and so comfy! House was super cute. Everything youā€™d want for a nice weekend in Nashville. Her and her husband were very prompt at responding to any of our questions. If we ever get a chance to come back to Nashville, it would be a place we would like to stay at again.

I was pleasantly surprised with our stay. I only heard a couple cars go by in 2 days. MUCH quieter that i anticipated. The house was very nice! All the amenities provided to cook as well! Would def reccomend The Stone Hut to others.
