This historic 3 bedroom/1bath home is centrally located in beautiful East Nashville, our cities ‘hottest’ neighborhood. This home’s location is a stone’s throw from Shelby Park which offers, beautiful greenways, golf, basketball, disc golf, tennis, play parks, river views, and a short drive to 5 points-- East Nashville’s hub of bars, restaurants and coffee shops. The house itself offers a beautifully remodeled kitchen, two dining areas, plenty of outdoor seating, laundry room, and comfortable beds and bedding. In addition to these features, our new tankless water heater will ensure that everyone in your group will get all the hot water they’ll need. Our cleaning protocol is inline with sanitation methods recommended by the CDC.

Our co-host Rachel will be available to help with any questions the guests may have. Her personal phone number will be provided in our guest book for emergency use. Rachel’s office hours are from 9am-6pm. She is available after 6 for emergency’s only.
