This home boasts an incredible location right on the river, with beautiful views and a spacious deck overlooking the water. Inside, you'll enjoy a full kitchen, free WiFi, and cable TV, along with a fireplace for those cold winter nights and river access right outside. The family dog is also welcome.

If you're traveling with a larger group, there are also two adjacent condos (402 above and 502 next door) that can be rented with this condo to accommodate guests of up to 16.

Second time stay

Wonderful River views from porch. Location great walking distance to everything.Only thing porch could be little cleaner due from old pollen residue.

The using was good no issues at all. Only thing that could be improved on is some sound proofing as the walk way echos loudly in the bedrooms. Had to ask a few neighbors to keep the noise down.

Great condo close to downtown Helen

My wife and I went to Helen for Oktoberfest. This condo is located right on the river and a short 5-10 minute walk to downtown. The condo was clean and the bed was comfortable. Definitely recommend.

Spacious lodging. Nice location with river view. Could use a little updating and a deep cleaning, but beds were comfortable.

Excellent location with beautiful view.

Location is great and very convenient, the view was awesome. Access to the river right outside the front door was amazing and the view from the balcony was great. The unit itself was pretty nice but the cleaning service doesn’t do a great job. With a quick wipe down this place is great for a family vacation.

Perfect Location - Clean and Well Stocked

The home was very conveniently located right along the stream so when we were in the home relaxing we had the added relaxation of the water rippling over the rocks to soothe away the cares of the day. For those able to walk a few block the home is close enough to walk comfortably to the shops and restaurants.

Nice place…

We stayed here for 4 nights. Everything was very clean. I’m 63, and would have liked to see handles in the showers and the toilets a bit taller. Otherwise, it was a nice stay.

Great place and location

It’s a great location, right on the river, close walking distance to restaurants & shops. We really enjoyed our stay. Tell ‘John Foxx’ we really enjoyed our stay. Definitely would recommend to others & just sorry NYE falls during the wk or we would be back! My only suggestion since the breakfast bar only seats 2 to eat, is to add a rack of TV trays so if there are more than 2 ppl, others can sit and eat at the couch or recliner chair. Otherwise, it was fine for 2-3 ppl.

Great location!

This property was very convenient to everything to do in Helen. We enjoyed our stay, but it could use a little TLC. Sliding door was hard to open, sofa was in need of being replaced as it had worn holes, back burner eye on stove did not work, and molding around tile at front door was not attached to floor. These are small things and did not disrupt our stay. Yes, we would stay there again!

Ranger Reunion

Brought wife to see Helen (been 30 years) for a Ranger camp open house in Dahlonega. Alot had changed. Everything was as advertised, however extremely noisy! street noise and adjacent apartment noises till midnight or 1am. Stairwell was right above bedroom. So not much sleep to say the least. other than that, as advertised.

Location is great. Layout of condo was good and as described. Cleanliness was awful!

I would advise updating paint, deep cleaning and keeping light bulbs replaced!

Ants

Floors were very dirty and there were ants everywhere. We had to keep all food in the refrigerator, even the chips. Ants were also very bad in the master bedroom. The condo itself was nice and the location was excellent.
