Parking is in an attached 2 car garage (height 7 feet). To enter, you walk from inside the garage into the condo or use the front door.
Once inside, there is a small area to remove shoes and boots, then you walk up 1 floor to the living area. There is a full kitchen, dining area, living room, kids bedroom, full hall bath, and a balcony with a propane barbeque (propane is provided). The other 3 bedrooms are up one floor above the living area and the small loft is above the bedrooms.
The balcony has a south facing view toward Crowley Lake and the Owens Valley.
Living area amenities include in room WIFI, a Smart TV, and a wood burning stove. Wood is provided and is in the garage.



This condo has ski in / ski out access to Eagle Lodge during the winter months. Low level intermediate ski/riding ability is required.
The ski trails are groomed by Mammoth Mountain


During summer months, enjoy single track mountain bike and hiking trails right from the property. A bike pass is required from 9 am til 6 pm to use these trails
