Papakea C405 is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo located on the top fourth floor, offering fantastic ocean views! The fully equipped and remodeled kitchen is perfect for cooking meals for your group. The kitchen features custom cabinets and lighting, granite countertops and new appliances. The condo boasts an open floor plan, with plenty of seating and dining space in the living room area. For entertainment, there is a TV located in the living room, equipped with cable. Stay cool with A/C in every room and ceiling fans throughout.
The master bedroom is furnished with a comfortable CAL King size bed and an en suite bathroom with a large, tiled shower. The guest bedroom offers two twin size beds. In the hallway, you will find the guest bathroom with shower/tub combination. The upstairs bedroom loft offers a Queen size bed. A $75 extra guest fee applies to any guests over 6. This fee (per person) is applied per day and paid as part of the reservation total. The condo also includes a washer and dryer and complimentary WiFi.

It is a quick drive to Whalers Village and many of Maui's top beaches like Kaanapali, Napili Bay, and Kapalua Bay.

Parking is free for one vehicle; additional vehicles are $5/day. This fee is collected by the Resort's Front Desk staff upon arrival.

• Papakea Resort is completing property improvement projects. Guests may experience occasional construction noise during daytime working hours. Dates and work areas are subject to change.
•The walkway coating project is scheduled for August–November 2026. Work on the C Bldg is slated for 8/21-9/11/26. Please note that access to the ground floor walkways and front entries will be restricted during the work schedule. During the walkway coating and drying time, AOAO staff will be stationed on the lanai side of the building to assist with screened access to occupied condos. For the complete scope of this project, please contact our office. Work hours are 8am to 5pm Mon-Fri.
• Seawall repair work is expected to begin July 2026, pending permit approval.
