The resort property was great and the condo itself was well laid-out and had good amenities. The space worked well for our group of five. But condo had not been cleaned well prior to our visit and cockroaches appeared with increasing frequency throughout our stay.

I’m very sorry the unit wasn’t cleaned to standard and that you experienced cockroaches — that falls short of what we expect. After your stay we had the condo deep‑cleaned and treated by pest control, and we’ve reinforced cleaning checklists and increased inspections to prevent this from happening again. We absolutely loved our stay! Very clean unit that had everything we needed. Parking was easy. There were fun daily activities on the property grounds. Great food within walking distance. Ocean views were wonderful, and we all enjoyed the pools and hot tubs. Would love to return for another stay.

Beautifully location with view!

We had a lovely stay. Comfortable beds and well stocked kitchen. Loved having beach chairs for our use when we went to check out different beaches.

Beautiful resort, comfortable

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was well stocked. The grounds were beautiful and the views were amazing. We enjoyed the location because it’s not in the super busy hotel area but close to everything. Thank you for a great experience.

Great Property!

Our team was on the island for work and wanted a quiet, clean property to return to. This was one of 3 properties we rented. We really enjoyed this property and the communication with their owners. We would highly recommend staying here!

Great location with groceries close and awesome food trucks! Easy check in, great concierge for excursions. The only suggestion is to update the decor as it is very dated.

A week in paradise

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in Papakea. The unit presents well, is easy to get in and out of, and located somewhat near many of the things we did on our trip. It's a bit of a trip up country, most everything else is within 20 minutes. Cool food truck park is a five minute walk away. Would stay again!

Loved Our Stay!

This lovely condo was our home for a fun family vacation. Six of us, all adults, stayed very comfortably and truly enjoyed everything about the property. Not only was the condo perfect - the entire resort just plain works. From the excellent staff to the onsite Expedia Specialist, the easy walking access to morning coffee, food trucks and more, and especially the stunning sunsets, we couldn't ask for more. Thank you so much!

Wonderful property. .

Condo was spotless. Big enough for the 6 of us. Well stocked with everything we needed. Great views of the ocean. Walking distance to shops/restaurants.The amenities at the condo were great. Only thing missing was martini glasses and shaker.. Would definitely stay there again.

Excellent time

Daughter’s wedding attended by family & childhood friends. Just loved the ease of walking around the property & catching up with everyone. Adults & young kids all had fun. We rented a bungalow for a bbq, so easy & great. Great location for those without a rental car. We will be back.

Perfect vacation!

It was our 40th anniversary, so we decided to make it a family celebration. It was 2 weeks of pure bliss! So many activities on the island, and the resort waiting for us when we wanted to relax. Papakea was magnificent. The room was perfect for us, and the service was top notch. Owners got back to us immediately with any questions we had. Can’t recommend it highly enough, and we will most definitely be back!
