This beautiful one bedroom apartment located under the main house has a stunning view of the Caribbean sea right from your covered porch where you can enjoy your morning breakfast or have dinner while enjoying the beautiful sunset. This apartment has a full kitchen, bedroom with a smart TV and internet access. It has steps that lead down to a private rocky beach or if the beach is not your thing you also have access to the beautiful private pool on property where you can relax and soak up the sun or take a swim in the refreshing water.

Unbelievable view!

This property is extremely private and has one of the best views on the island. The property manager was very helpful and enjoyable. This property was a perfect getaway for just my wife and I.

Beautiful view + Infinity Pool!

This is the lower level of a beautiful private home on Frenchman’s Bay. A simple, efficient, and well outfitted apartment was made truly magnificent by the view over the ocean and the luxurious pool the owner kindly made available. The location on St Thomas is perfect. Quiet, yet close to everything. We loved our stay.

Great Stay!

The view is fantastic every part of the day! We were able to go to all the beautiful beaches in the morning and come back to a great pool in the afternoon. Close access to many restaurants by car and conveniently next to the Lime Tree Resort restaurant within walking distance. A great place to vacation if you want to relax and unwind. Convenient distance to all locations, including St John by ferry. Thanks for everything!

Beautiful and Peaceful Paradise

The home was beautiful! The views are amazing and pool was so nice. We had a great time here! This was the perfect way to spend our 3 year anniversary. Pat answered all of our questions and we were able to chat with Doc a few times too. Thank you!

Spectacular view of ships entering harbor

Older estate, well maintained with spectacular view/ lovely patio. Situated on top of steep driveway, quiet and private. The owner allowed us use of the infinity pool, with beautiful view. We watched the cruise ship’s arrival and departure from the spacious deck. Located next to Limetree Resort with restaurant and bar.

Could'nt get better

This property exceeded my expectations and is truly all we were looking for in a vacation. The location is convenient, with grocery stores, the ferry, and the airport all within close proximity. The pool, beach, and outdoor areas were our favorite and most utilized part. We initially had plans to go to several beaches, but found ourselves so content with the outdoor lounge area, the pool. and the ocean right on the property that we didn't find a need to leave. The snorkeling is great and the beach is rocky and we greatly benefited from the purchase of water shoes which allowed us to explore the ocean and the beach. Pat was great and was very responsive in answering any questions we had. We truly loved this property and are looking forward to a future trip here. Dave- thank you so much for having us, we loved every part of our trip and are so grateful for your hospitality!

New Years 2020

The views from this Estate are absolutely amazing!! My wife and I came down for a weeklong visit after Christmas and we were NOT disappointed. We were greeted with a mini Christmas tree too! The property is truly a gem and the owner, Dr. Weisher, has very capable folks in place to assure your stay is spectacular and smooth. The living quarters on the first floor are the perfect size for a couple and have everything you need to relax and enjoy yourselves. While we didn't cook inside (fridge, oven, stove, microwave), we did use the grill a couple of nights to prepare dinner while watching the beautiful sunsets. The infinity pool was the perfect temperature and we spent one of our days just lounging at the property. This property has its own private beach that is accessible down the stairs from the full length balcony and amazing snorkeling along the reefs along the shore. We saw many fish, an eel, and even an octopus that was pretending to be a rock until we approached! Like others have stated, it is advisable to have a rental car to get around the island and driving on the LEFT isn't all that hard after the first day or so; you'll get the hang of it. As far as groceries/supplies go, we found the best prices and selection at the Food Center right before you get to Redhook Ferry Terminal. I cannot recommend this property enough!! Dr. Weisher is a most gracious host that makes you feel right at home. Thanks to Pat and John as well for making our stay spectacular. We'll definitely be staying here again on our next visit to St. Thomas!! Tim & Renee

Peaceful & Relaxing

The view is amazing! Spectacular sunsets, beautiful water, so breathtaking. A great place to vacation if you want to unwind & have privacy. The kitchen lacked a few items, but they were prompt in getting what we needed. A great place to stay on St Thomas.

Wonderful stay

Just like the pictures show and even better. Everything you would want for a private and quiet stay as a couple. Clean, cozy, well equipped, pool, stony beach, snorkeling, plenty of outdoor space to relax.

A magical piece of paradise

My husband and I absolutely loved this property. The views are incredible. Listening to the waves crash against the rocks while sitting in the pool or on the observation porch made for the most relaxing trip ever. The snorkeling is really great, bring your water shoes since it is a pebble beach. Swim both sides of the beach and around for some amazing marine life. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We will definitely think of staying here again.

A stunning view

This place was exactly what we were looking for when we blame to St. Thomas! The apartment was cozy and fit our needs. We loved the location on the island, and breakfast views were some of our favorite of our trip! Pat was very helpful and was able to answer any of our questions we had. Thank you Pat! We saw and chatted with Dr. Weisher a few times with both of our comings and going’s, he’s very nice and we enjoyed our interactions with him. If you are looking for a cozy apartment with awesome views this is a great option!

PEACEFUL AND PRIVATE

This property fulfilled all we hoped it would for our trip to the Caribbean! Gloriously peaceful and private. Mornings out on the patio without the distraction of people walking by... nothing but us and the crashing waves in gorgeous greens and blues. And when the beaches got too busy for us, we could come back for a quiet swim in the pool all by ourselves with the view of a lifetime. We also loved being down on the beach... If we had some kind of water shoe, we would have loved exploring the coral! The room was modest and simple, while efficiently meeting our needs. The bathroom was very nicely set up for hanging and drying wet suits. Thanks you a million times to Pat and the doctor, for making such a dreamy, quiet place available!

A perfect escape!

We could not recommend this property more! Everything was as described - a nice apartment below the owner’s home with access to an infinity pool with ocean view & a rocky beach. The view is simply incredible & entirely worth the trip by itself. Dr. Dave & Pat the Property Manager could not have been more welcoming and accommodating on our stay. We did not have a rental car & found it easy to take taxis everywhere we needed to go. It is right next to the Limetree Resort & that’s a great spot to eat/grab cabs!

Pinch yourself

This apartment on the backside of a villa is everything you could ever want! An infinity pool, private beach, awesome snorkeling, the best view of the most beautiful sea, and privacy. For 5 days we lived the life of luxury that we have only ever dreamed of. If you get the chance you must stay here!!!

Terrific Location!

This was an excellent location. We rented a car, which is a must. The place was very clean, both inside and outside (pool, beach, outdoor areas). Definitely recommend.

Excellent Couples Hideaway

I booked this property for my birthday escape for two. The property pics and description is very accurate. As mentioned in other reviews, the bathroom does not have a door, it definitely could have been awkward if my company and I weren’t as close and as adult as we were. The private beach access, the private lanai and veranda, literally overlooking a full-on ocean -front view, was exceptional. You can sit out on the lanai and watch daybreak in the morning, and go enjoy activities all day. Then return in the evening in time to swim in the infinity pool, and/or sit on the veranda for the most amazing sunsets I have ever seen! Then listen to the ocean ALL night as the waves hit the shore and rocks. I don’t believe I could have picked a better place. The hosts were awesome, available but not hanging around. I think I saw Doc twice during my stay, he greeted us once and the second time in the driveway as I was going on an adventure. But I knew if I needed anything, he or Pat were available and happy to help. This is a little piece of heaven and a salve for a city-beaten soul. Thanks for having us!
