This unit has been completely renovated. New floors, bathroom, granite countertops, backsplash, bed, furniture, patio furniture and 50in flat screen TV. Unit also has upgraded WiFi internet. It has gorgeous views of the ocean and St. John in the distance from your private patio. It's a 3-4 minute walk to Sapphire Beach for an excellent day of snorkeling and relaxing. Sapphire Beach Bar has great food/live music. It's a 2 minute walk to two different swimming pools and the marina where you can do snorkeling trips or trips to neighboring islands, even British Virgin Islands. It's right beside the very nice restaurant/bar, Sudi's, which is awesome. Drive 1/2 mile to Red Hook for the evening which has many excellent restaurants and bars. Condo has a king size bed, full kitchen and bathroom w/ everything you'll need for your stay. Split A/C unit keeps the unit very cool. Full-size fridge, eating area, dressers, and night stands, great outdoor patio. Laundry available onsite and free movie rental at the office. Onsite maintenance staff are very friendly and responsive.

The condo was well stocked! He provided beach towels, snorkeling gear, beach chairs. The kitchen has all you need to cook meals with and included vegetable oil and seasonings. As my first time renting from Vrbo I wasnā€™t expecting to be this well taken care of. The condo is beautiful and smelled great every day of my trip. I appreciate the efforts Raleigh made for this condo as a first time visitor to this island. He is responsive at any hour any day, I would definitely recommend booking with him to anyone

The only negative thing for me was no backup generator. We lost power most days and one day it was basically all day. The only suggestion I would have is to get a generator. The pictures are very accurate. It was nice to have an iron and ironing board.

We had an amazing stay!! The location was absolutely perfect. There were many places to eat and a beach very close by. Raleigh was able to work with us after our flights got cancelled. Overall was great!!

Beautiful Stay

A time was had and the place was clean, convenient, and cute just for me and my bestie! You will be a walk away from Sapphire beach which is beautiful. We had breakfast each morning on the patio with beautiful views the roosters waking you up and the smell of the ocean hitting your nose with a nice cup of coffee to start our day. Things we did was visited Megan's Bay Beach, and St. John beaches which all are nice and beautiful and worth soaking and playing in! We enjoyed lots of local foods, went to Brooks Bar, and was there for the independence celebration on St. John the week we was there. Trip 2 is needed to see more and do more. We also went on a Jet boat ride that did spins and tricks, it was a cool wet fun experience! I give my stay a 10 FYI they drive on the other side of the road so we opedout to drive the first trip which I think it was worth it lol. The hills and curves are crazy be safe!

Wonderful Stay!

We were looking for somewhere to stay for our first night on the island before taking the car ferry to St. John for the week. This location was perfect for us with the ferry being only 3 minutes away. The complex itself was so convenient with a wonderful poolside restaurant only steps away. We also enjoyed walking through the marina and hanging out on Sapphire Beach and trying those restaurants. Our stay here was the perfect kick off to our vacation week. Thank you!

Good area, the property was exactly as described. Do be prepared to walk up hills if you do walk to the beach, it is a bit hill-y. Sudi's restaurant is great and a short 2 minute walk to the stay and the beach is around a 10 minute walk. Red hook is a short drive as well. When booking excursions it was a convenient place to stay in, easy access to taxi's down by Sapphire Beach as well.

5 Stars- Great Stay

Super cute condo that had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was clean, well-maintained, and located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. The best part is that itā€™s in a gated complex, which added a nice sense of security. Also had a few visitors the last day while having coffee enjoying the view. We loved that it was just a short walk to Sudiā€™s and very close to Sapphire Beach. Itā€™s also just a quick drive to Red Hook, where youā€™ll find great restaurants, shops, and the ferry. Parking is a bit tight, but manageable. Overall, a great place to stayā€”we would definitely come back!

Perfection

My wife and I stayed at this condo for 5 days and couldn't be happier with it. The pictures of the view don't do it justice! Waking up and looking out over Sapphire Beach every morning was breathtaking. The apartment was clean, well equipped with beach supplies, cooking supplies, and so conveniently located. Minutes to anything you might need and a short walk to one of the best beached on St. Thomas, Sapphire Beach. The onsite restaurants are also solid. He also offers a car for rent (for an additional fee but cheaper than getting at the airport) and we took advantage of that as we loved exploring all that St. Thomas had to offer. I'm hoping to stay here for each and every trip!

Very clean and a beautiful view. Plan on a steep walk up and down to the beach and resturant. We enjoyed the condo and owner was very quick to respond.

Amazing views

This St Kitts unit had amazing views, was clean and comfortable, and contained extra amenities such as beach towels and chairs. Only suggestion would be few extra kitchen items such as set of 4 coffee cups and eating utensils.

I spared no expense on this property. It has all new flooring inside and on the patio, granite countertops, backsplash and more. The bathroom was renovated as well with new sliding doors and toilet and floors. It has high end furniture, awesome artwork, full-size fridge, Tommy Bahama beach chairs, full face snorkeling gear and coolers. I have excellent breezes, views, and my location is hard to beat as I'm close to Red Hook, a couple minutes from the beach and steps away from the marina for a day sail, parasailing, fishing, etc. Come and enjoy!!!

Sapphire Village is incredibly well maintained and the condo's have amazing views of the ocean as well as the surrounding islands. We have one of the best indoor/outdoor restaurants on the island, Sudi's, and my condo is exquisitely appointed and very comfortable. We have 2 pools onsite, a 3 minute walk to Sapphire Beach, and less than a mile from Red Hook, where there are shops, restaurants, bars, and live entertainment.
