The balcony has an outdoor dining table and lounge chairs for relaxing and enjoying the views. The large living area with sleeper sofa and TV provides the perfect place to relax during your stay while enjoying the island and water views. The living area opens to the indoor dining area with seating for four. The fully equipped and renovated kitchen offers all new appliances, granite counter tops, new custom cabinets, and bar stool seating for two. The elevated bedroom with king size bed allows for direct views of the ocean and surrounding islands. Accordion shutters allow for privacy between the bedroom and living area. The renovated bathroom offers a large shower and vanity area. Vaulted ceilings allow a spacious feel throughout this villa. The hilltop pool is located just around the corner. Parking is conveniently located steps away from villa's entry.

Nestled just 8 miles away from the airport, Point Pleasant Resort offers convenient transportation options including taxis or car rentals for your ease of travel. While a car is recommended for ease in exploration of the island, taxis stationed adjacent to the resort lobby provide readily available alternatives. Additionally, shuttle services operate from the resort lobby, ensuring seamless access to the 15-acre property from 8 am to 12 am daily.

Ideal for couples, solo adventurers, families with children, and remote business travelers, our resort boasts proximity to key attractions such as Coki Beach (2 min away), Coral World Ocean Park and Aquarium (3 min away), the ferry to St. John (5 min away, passport not required), and the world-famous Megan's Bay (10 min away).
