This highly sought after Townhome features an inverted floor plan with Great Room, Kitchen and large dining area on the top floor where you will enjoy amazing and expansive views of the Atlantic Ocean, miles of its shoreline and dramatic Bay views. The home includes 5 bedrooms and additional pull out coaches/futons to comfortably sleep 12 people. The spacious kitchen comes fully equipped for your gourmet experience. Or take some time to grill out on a large gas grill or separate charcoal grill. The home features a large wet bar on the entry level with a small refrigerator to stock your favorite beach cocktails for ease of access in the middle of the day. The upstairs great room features an open concept, beautiful gas fireplace for cool spring and fall evenings. The entry level laundry provides easy access to cleaning your saltwater laden swimwear. The entire unit has updated flat-screen TVs including a giant 55 inch LG LED flat screen in the top floor great room, perfect for viewing the big game or your families favorite movie. High-speed internet and WIFI are provided for hours of fun on your handheld devices. A stereo system can be found on the upper floor. One of the most impressive features of this home are the 6 large furnished decks that afford some of the best views around of both Ocean and Bay. After a long day at the Beach or swimming in the community pool, your family can enjoy a nice, private outdoor shower. Sturdy beach cart, chairs and beach toys supplied. Crab traps and a kayak are provided for hours of entertainment on the Bayside. Other community amenities include assigned parking with 2 spaces plus a garage, a bayside pier, beach access less than 300 steps from your front door. Close to some of the best golf and shopping in the country. Within walking distance of several great restaurants and a short bike to downtown Bethany activities, dining and boardwalk. This was our first trip to Delaware Beaches and the first trip away with all the kids and grandchildren. The description of the property is accurate. The location was lovely. We liked not being in Rehobeth or Dewey. There was ample room for all 13 of us. The kitchen is very well stocked. The villa is nicely decorated and very comfortable. Having access to tons of beach chairs, toys, carts etc. was terrific.Kimberly was amazing! Extremely attentive and very responsive. She went above and beyond when my daughter in law mistakenly thought there was a pack and play crib listed in the description. I had texted Kimberly to inquire not knowing and even though it was not listed she had a brand new one sent to the villa! It was lifesaver. She stayed in touch and it was evident that she truly wants her guests to be happy and enjoy their stay. Unfortunately our trip coincided with a hurricane so we only had a couple beach days. Luckily there is enough to do in the area on rainy days. Crossing the road to the beach was not that bad. The beach was perfect. Quiet and ideal for the grandkids. We loved that there was a pool too. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We had a wonderful vacation! We had 16 children plus grandchildren over the two weeks. Crossing the highway was no issue. The beach was amazing! We loved the private spaces for bedrooms and baths. Went crabbing twice. Everyone should rent this home.

Beautiful property but no real view

The property is beautiful. It is 4 stories so be prepared for lots of stairs. The kitchen and dining room are on the fourth floor and bbq is on ground floor so if you plan to bbq and eat inside be prepared.There is really not much of a view and no ocean breeze. The beach is across a busy four lane highway. It was no problem to cross but the decks on that side of the house were very noisy from traffic. The other side of the house looks over the parking lot with a partial view of the bay. See photos for views.The host was very responsive and informwd us when the property was available early for checkin. It is spacious, beautifully appointed and clean.

Fantastic Beach Vacation Home

The property was delivered as advertised. Kim was an excellent host. Kim communicated very frequently and was extremely responsive to any questions or inquiries that we had. It was extremely convenient having the beach chairs and umbrellas on property and the pool was a welcome addition to the property with the little kids. I only knocked down one star on location as you have to cross a 4 line highway to get to the beach which was stressful at times with the children. This is by no means the fault of the owner but there is no crosswalk which feels warranted given the speed cars tend to be traveling at.

Private, Peaceful Community

If you want a small beach town with shops and good food minutes away, but need your privacy and quietness with family and friends…choose this rental. Know the highway needs to be carefully crossed with the family, but you can always drive 1/4 mile away to the state park beach with fisherman. Clean, extra large townhome for all your family and friends to hang on the top floor or enjoy alone time on the balconies. The pool is clean and great for kids. The views and sunsets mean many pics. Make the reservation now, or others will.

Fun Family Vacation

Our family had a great time away from the Midwest to experience the ocean and beach while in DC for our daughter's special occasion. Kimberly's communication was as fantastic as our stay! Easy walk to the beach or bay with the chairs and umbrellas and cart we were allowed to use. Condo was clean and decor was very nice! We rented sheets and towels from Sheets at the Beach and they were fantastic too! Our grandson ( and family) didn't want to leave!!! Fun memories were made!

Family Beach Vacation

We booked this home for a family beach trip the week after Labor Day. We had a wonderful time. The beach across the street from this home is beautiful and the home is equipped with everything you need to enjoy a day at the beach. The home was comfortable for our 5 adults and 1 child, but there are a few things that were not ideal about this home/location. Be prepared for the amount of steps in the home. Crossing the highway to get to the beach is also tricky especially since there is no crosswalk. Additionally, because you are so close to Highway 1, walking anywhere from the home feels unsafe, particularly for the older and younger members of our family. The road noise you hear in the home is very loud. We were also disappointed that the pool was closed after Labor Day as one of the reasons we booked this home was the pool.

Great stay

Terrific place. Spacious, clean and close by to Rehoboth or Bethany. Owner is super communicative and friendly. As others have noted, the complex is off route 1 so there is a bit of noise and crossing the street to the large and quiet beach does take a bit of patience, but these were not deal breakers by any means.

Beautiful Bethany Beach Retreat

The condo is immaculate with beautiful furnishings, views of the ocean and the bay, and adequate space for our family of eleven! This being our first time in Bethany Beach, it was a lovely home for our family to enjoy a week at the shore!

Best time ever!

My kids, their spouses and my 4 grandkids had a wonderful say. Plenty of room and a lot of space to make this vacation one of our best. We enjoyed views of the bay and the easy access to the beach right across the street. The grandchildren thoroughly enjoyed the pool and the dock where we caught enough crab for all of us. Kimmie responded quickly to anny questions we had and the home came with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Thanks for allowing us to stay at your beautiful home!!

Good layout for family stay

Good overall, great communication with owner who's very responsive. I wish they had told us that we needed to bring sheets and towels earlier. And the stairs can be a problem for us older people. But house is very nice, comfortable and literally across from beach access. The littles ones enjoyed the pool too

Family getaway

Excellent location to Rehoboth, Bethany and Fenwick. Easy access to beach across street. Plenty of sleeping and living space. Availability of beach toys, chairs, umbrella, cart and grill which we took full advantage of. Decks off of every room in house made for great views and leisure time.

Wonderful Vacation Home!

We really enjoyed our vacation at this rental home! We travelled with 3 children (ages 1, 6 and 7) and 6 adults (2 over 70). The home was spacious, very clean and well stocked. Beautiful views (especially of the bay) as there are balconies off of every room/level. Short driving distance to Rehoboth and Bethany Brach boardwalks which were a lot of fun for the kids. The beach was fairly clean, but note that it is near a fishing beach so there was some fishing gear left behind. The beach during the weekend was pretty crowded with the fisherman, but quiet during the week. The distance to the beach isn’t far, but you do have to cross a 4 lane highway to get there which was a bit challenging for the younger children and the older adults. There are a lot of the levels to the home but the majority of our party didn’t have any trouble because there are a lot of landings in between each level. Kimberly was very communicative and provided any details I needed ahead of time. Overall, I would recommend this property if you are looking for a rental for a larger group and aren’t needing to be directly on the beach!

Cannot say enough good things about this rental! Beautiful, clean house! Lots of amenities! Easy access to the beach. Beautiful, clean pool. Nice, quiet community…owners were great to communicate with. Would rent this place again in a heartbeat!

House was a great size for the 8 people in the family. Well equipped. Make sure your legs are in good shape lots or stairs but we loved it.

Bethany beach

Wonderful, clean and SPACIOUS rental. We had 4 tween/teens and 4 adults. Dining table comfortably sat all 8 of us. Also, we could all fit comfortably in the living room for movie night, etc. Also, fully stocked with beach chairs, sand toys, kayak, life jackets, etc. They really thought of everything!!!! This was our first time staying in Bethany beach and the beach across from the rental (though you have to cross a 4 lane highway to get to it) wasn’t overcrowded and the waves were awesome!! Also, we were ok with it but just for other renters to know there are no lifeguards on this section of the beach. Overall, awesome place and beach!

Family Get Away

We had 9 adults and 2 children (under the age of three) for a week long family vacation. The beach was an easy walk from the complex, even for the 2 year old. The host had plenty of chairs, toys and carts making for an enjoyable day at the beach. The multiple decks were nice and an added bonus for the various adults who had to do some “work” while on vacation. We enjoyed drinks at Starboard and dinner at Harpoon Hanna’s, Bethany Blues, and Matt’s Fish Camp. Kimberly was a very attentive and responsive host.

Our family has always wanted to own a part of the Bethany community and want to share that same experience with others. Our two children, Carter 13 and Camille 11, are the perfect age to spend lots of memorable time at our favorite destination.

Our family has been vacationing in Bethany for almost 20 years and we simply love it. My wife Kimmie and her family have been coming since she was a child and this is her father's favorite place to be. We have spent the last ten plus years checking out real estate but financing proved rather challenging. When we found this little slice of heaven tucked neatly between the Atlantic Ocean and the Indian River Bay, we had to find a way. Our solution was to enjoy it in the early fall and late spring and share this unforgettable experience with other families like yours. We sincerely hope you enjoy our property and its glorious surroundings.
