Great location on Campobello island. Nice screened in porch and wrap around porch. Great views. Hosts were very responsive and helpful. We would stay here again.

We highly recommend Tom and his wife to the Periwinkle Cottage by the Sea! The last minute reservation worked out for us both and would highly recommend them to other hosts!

Fabulous property

A wonderful place to stay and enjoy Campobello. Well equipped and very comfortable with all the amenities you could ever need. We throughly enjoyed our time and will definitely come back to stay.

Other than the fact that the coffee maker took two hours to make a pot everything was great. Location was perfect for going to the light house at low tide. Beds were comfortable and the view from the master was amazing.

Lesley and her husband have stayed in several of our cottages on Campobello and they are always welcome. They brought their dog but you would have never known! Highly recommend these folks to other property owners.

A Wonderful Stay at a beautiful property

Everything was great at this wonderful property. Dennis does it right! We had a Minke what out front every morning and other notable wildlife experiences. We love Campobello and we’ll be back.

Perfect Getaway!

We loved our stay at Periwinkle. It was super cute and the view was amazing. We sat on the porch watching the eagles for hours! The screened porch was lovely and a great spot to work a puzzle. Dennis was super helpful and friendly. We are looking forward to our return visit.

Great Getaway

We loved the little cabin! Played cards out on the screened in porch in the evenings. My teenager even slept out there every night. The weather was perfect. If it had rained the cabin would have been a little small for the 3 of us but we would have made it work. Dennis w

We loved having the charming Hansen family. They were great guests for the Periwinkle Cottage and enjoyed all that the Periwinkle has to offer from the screened in room/porch overlooking the ocean and the open deck and firepit overlooking the water. Please come again! Dennis & Margaret

Perfect

Accommodations were clean. Great view of the ocean. Had a minor issue with the tub not draining well but owner had a plumber out the same day. Great communication. No complaints at all. We're already thinking of our next trip with family.

An amazing gem

Spent five days here. The cabin is small but cozy and is clean. The best part is the screen in porch and the deck off that. I really enjoyed sitting at the waters edge looking for whales. 144 whale sightings in the five days I was there. I looked for whales every morning for four hours and five hours in afternoon into evening. Such a relaxing place to stay. I will definitely come back

We are so happy that our guests had such a great time and got to see what those who have visited already know. This stretch of Campobello Island is home to 4 of the best views in the area and the wildlife like whales, eagles and seals is amazing. Our guests treated the cottage and property as if it were their own and we would highly recommend them to others who rent vacation homes. Looking forward to your return! Perfect Getaway

The Oceanfront Cottage on Campobello Island is a perfect getaway: Nicely private with neighbors tucked away behind trees and shrubs, it’s located a short drive from Campobello museum and lighthouse and several restaurants. The house absolutely delightful! The deck, garden fire pit, and master bedroom all have a stunning view of the Bay of Fundy. The kitchen is well-equipped. NOTE: bring your groceries because the only store we could find had extremely sparse offerings.

We had a great stay at Periwinkle Cottage. My favorite spot was the screened in porch watching all the activity on the water; boats, birds, and even a few porpoises. The cottage had everything we needed to feel right at home. The window-box flower arrangements were simply stunning and caught our eye upon arrival…clearly cared for and admired.. I loved walking around the cabin taking in all the old artifacts strewn tastefully throughout of earlier times on the island…quite the collection. We’ve now stayed at two of the properties and neither have disappointed. Only complaint is the time on the island is never long enough…but we’ll be back. Thank you!

First of all Nathan left the cottage in excellent shape and treated the cottage in and out as if it were there own. We would highly recommend them to other hosts! We are so thankful that they have gotten to experience 2 of our 4 idyllic and unique oceanfront private cottages. We hope they can return! Dennis & Margaret

Wonderful, special get away

We had a fabulous time on Campobello Island, in large part because of our amazing accommodations. The Periwinkle house is amazing - so well appointment, thoughtfully decorated, terrific host, great towels and pillows, and the VIEW! Super clean, location is perfect, we loved all of it. Thank you for a wonderful time!

Wonderful retreat

Great Place

The wife and I had a short two day stay at the starfish cottage and be absolutely loved it, large cottage with everything we needed, love the island and the local residents, we will be sure to go back again

Everything a person could want for a day, a week or a month. Fabulous cottage, terrific view of the bay, and magnificent general location for hikes or boating or whale watching

Campobello at its finest.

We loved our stay at Periwinkle cottage on Campobello. It was just the two of us and it is quaint and charming and well supplied. The weather didn't cooperate with our stay but that didn't matter. The cottage is right down the street from the Lighthouse and close to The Pier Restaurant which is great. If you want to try out Campobello, give this cottage a try.

So thankful Bruce and his family had a great stay at the Periwinkle Cottage! If they liked it during not the best of weather they will love it if they are able to return with better weather! The Periwinkle Cottage with its private location, stunning views of the ocean, screened in porch to watch the sunsets and open porch offer a great experience for all types of weather! We highly recommed Bruce's family to other accomodations. Hope you can return!
