INDOOR GATHERING SPACE
The main level is the gathering spot, the heart of the home with an open concept living and dining room. There is seating for 6 at the table with an additional 4 stools at the counter allowing everyone to gather for meals. The kitchen is stocked with all the dishes, glassware and utensils needed as well as a popcorn popper, crock pot, vegetable and rice steamer for added convenience.

OUTDOOR GATHERING SPACE
In addition to the indoor gathering space, the screened in back porch and outdoor deck offer additional space to relax in the evenings after a fun filled day of activities with chairs, fire pit, gas grill and a picnic table. The back faces the playground, making this the perfect location for families with children who may wish to play while the adults relax. This home provides cornhole boards with the bags for a nice family game of bags.

Parking for 2 cars at the property along the street in front of the house. Please do NOT park in the landscaping or in front of the neighboring homes. Nearby overflow parking is available.

Lazy Daze rents with a 7 night minimum with check-in and check-out on Sunday in peak season.
