Perfect for family....

The condo was clean and nicely remodeled and updated. I would definitely stay here again! The property manager is very nice and communicates timely with any questions.

The perfect spot

My family enjoyed staying in this townhome. We have 2 kids and there is a pool right outside the back door and also a putt putt golf course. It is a short walk to the beach and close to restaurants and family activities. The beds are so comfortable it was like being st home. We will try to stay here again when we return to PCB.

Anniversary Getaway!

Everything with the property was fantastic! We had no issues. The Keurig coffee maker was quite the challenge for me, but I did get coffee made. I hope to return one day.

Awesome updated unit

This was our first time in PCB and we were extremely happy with our stay here. The private parking made it super easy for loading & unloading. The family really enjoyed all the amenities from the putt putt to the many pools. I was pleasantly surprised with how well stocked the unit was. The walk to the beach was a bit of the distance but not a deal breaker. We had an awesome experience during our week long stay.

Perfect family vaca

Great home base for our family vacation. Property is as described. We loved that it was in a gated community. Townhouse was clean with the exception of a few crumbs on the floor in the kitchen. Bathrooms exceptionally clean. There were a few maintenance things that could be done to take the property from great to exceptional- few light bulbs out, toilet paper holder super loose, paint touch ups. All super minor things. The beach is about 5-10 mins away; bring a wagon to carry all your beach goodies. Resort has their own beach access with a shower to wash off sand which is super helpful. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again.

So amazing

We stayed for about a week at the property and it was amazing. Very clean, spacious and relaxing. We stayed with our 4 kids and there was never an issue with them. They loved being able to see out the window to the pool and putt putt from their bedroom. It was nice to wake up and get to sit on the back patio to have coffee in the morning. The kids loved getting to see the different lizards that wander around outside. The beach is just a short walk to the front with the resorts own entry to the beach available along with a little shop by the front pool, my kids enjoyed stopping when going to the beach to grab an ice cream. We were not ready to leave but I know we will definitely be back!

Wonderful place!

We loved the place. It is close to everything with easy access. The place was very clean and orderly. The pictures were accurate and the owner was very attentive with any needs we had. We had a great stay and I am sure we will return at some point.

Convenient and enjoyable

We had a nice and enjoyable weekend here. Able to walk to beach and nearby restaurants. The community was quiet and relaxing, and the mini-golf was fun.

Perfect for family

Having never stayed in Gulf Highlands, I was overwhelmed with the "best location" options, but this truly was the best with three kids (2, 6 and 8). The putt putt course is just outside the back door. One of the pools is also just steps away, but I liked that we weren't right on top of it. The size was perfect and the furniture was comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped which made meals in much more convenient.

Little things

Could have been excellent except for a few little things!! Ironing board but no iron. No hair dryer. No soap only a big refill bottle. 4 rolls of toilet paper for 3 bathrooms and those mostly gone.

Great Place

We were two couples that came down for a ball tournament. The location was great. There is a pool right behind the townhome. Although we didn’t get to use any of the amenities because we were at the ball field the entire time the townhome was extremely clean and had everything you could need. The owner was VERY responsive and easy to get ahold of as well! Will definitely stay again!

Great Host and Place for a quick get away!

The place was exactly like the photos but even bigger. We really enjoyed ourselves. The host was great! We got lost trying to find the property but he met us at the property to help us get in and was very accommodating.

Exactly as Promised

Clean, comfortable and close to the beach with just a small walk across the street. Would rent here again. The miniature golf course in the back was fun and the balls and clubs were in the closet. Updated inside and comfortable beds. I would recommend this place to a friend.

Great place. Loved our stay

The condo was very clean and comfortable. Everything was updated nicely. We enjoyed having a tv in each bedroom. Beds were comfortable. We found the condo and conditions to be exactly as described and we were able to easily communicate with the owner. The location is gated and safe. Walmart is just around the corner for the incidentals that we needed. We definitely want to visit again. Good price, too and only a short walk to the beach. We enjoyed having several pools to choose from too.

Great place for a family with kids!

Owner is very accommodating. Place has been recently remodeled and is very nice inside. Kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook your own meals. i loved sitting on shaded back porch in the mornings and evenings. Pool and putt putt right outside back door. Close to restaurants and shopping. Would for sure stay here again.

Loved it and we will stay there again!

We rented this condo for 8 nights and we loved our stay here very much. This unit is well-appointed and recently remodeled. We loved the new look as it was much more modern than many of the other units in Gulf Highlands. It is very clean and we loved the master bath, and all of the new appliances. It is close to all of the pools and amenities Gulf Highlands has to offer. We had one small issue with the dishwasher, but the owner addressed it immediately and was very responsive. The only thing this unit did not offer that I wish they did was a golf cart. It's not a deal breaker, but the unit is on the back end of the complex and a golf cart would make the walk to the beach or the properties big pool a lot easier for some. Just something to consider if you are an older guest or if you have younger children you need to tote around. We will stay here again in the future.

This Townhouse was amazing. Very clean, spacious and equipped with everything you need.

Our overall experience at this location was amazing. We give this location 5 stars. Upon arrival, the owner made sure the transition went smoothly. The home was fully remodeled and is located in a very relaxing location. It's only minutes from all the amazing attractions, and walking distances to the beach. We stayed here for a full week and didn't have any problems. We would like to thank the owner for a lovely experience, and my family will be vacationing here again.
