We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable to accommodate them.
★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning.
★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.
★We reserve the right to decline any reservation requests from new profiles or profiles without positive reviews.
★Please do not ask for early check-in, it is completely unnecessary as we let guests in as soon as we can. Check-in time is 4 PM, access will be provided only after a home is ready, not earlier
★Amenities are limited, but not guaranteed. Owners are not responsible if any of the outside amenities are not in working order, no refunds will be given. We do not provide equipment for shuffleboard, please bring your own. We do try to provide clubs for mini-golf, but we do not guarantee it. If used please bring everything back or replace it if lost.

★ Commercial vehicles, trailers, signs, and ladders on vehicles are strictly prohibited within the community.


★★ PARKING ★★
We would like to inform you that our property has limited parking spaces available, and we can only accommodate a maximum of two cars per booking. Please note that if you bring additional cars, they will be towed at your expense.

★We strongly encourage guests to obtain travel insurance to protect against unexpected trip cancellations or interruptions. Travel insurance is often very affordable, and can provide peace of mind in the event of an unforeseen emergency. Guests can obtain quotes from several different companies by visiting a website such as insuremytrip. It's important for guests to carefully review the terms and conditions of any insurance policy they are considering, to ensure that the coverage meets their specific needs and requirements.

★It's important to note that decorative quilts or pillows may not be able to be washed in the home and therefore may need to be removed when necessary.

★The amenities provided by the rental service include bed linens, bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, 4 rolls of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, 4-5 dishwasher packs, and travel-size lotion, shampoo, and conditioner. However, it's important to note that beach towels are not provided, and guests are expected to bring their own.
Additionally, bath towels or blankets should not be removed from the home at any time.

★We don't provide laundry detergent, please bring your own.

★By booking this property, you agree to all the rules and requirements provided at the time of booking. Guests must report any issues or damages they find on the check-in day by 12 AM.


★ Please note that guests will be responsible for any fines that may be imposed by the HOA or security for breaking property rules or engaging in any form of misconduct during their stay.
It is important to adhere to all property rules and regulations in order to ensure a peaceful and enjoyable stay for everyone.

★Please note that check-out time is strictly 10 AM. A $50 charge will be deducted from the security deposit for every 15 minutes past 10 AM.
★ Check-in time is 4 PM.

★ After booking, please provide a copy of your driver's license as instructed. This is in addition to the photo you sent to the booking site. Failure to provide this information before arrival may result in a cancellation of your stay.

★Please send a photo of your ID, as stated in the instructions, which YOU AGREED TO DO when you booked. You may send it via the app, text, or email. NOTE: This is in addition to the photo that you sent to a booking site. If you need my phone number or email address, please let me know; I will be happy to send it to you! Not providing this information BEFORE YOU ARRIVE, will impede your ability to enter the property and could cause a cancellation of your stay. If you are uncomfortable with providing this information, you may choose to cancel the reservation in accordance with the cancellation policy as stated in the reservation.

★ We do not offer refunds for guests who fail to read and understand the provided instructions before booking.

★ The cleaning fee is for regular departure cleaning only. Guests must leave the property in good condition, and additional charges will apply for excessive cleaning.

★ Please do not stain our white linen, which is for personal use only

★ Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper. Guests will be responsible for any plumbing fees due to clogged toilets.

★ We do not rent to vacationing students or young adults under the age of 25. Families and business travelers only, no group bookings!!
Reservations made under false pretenses will be subject to forfeiture of deposit and rental fees and removal of the premises.

★ The person who made the booking must be present at check-in and stay on the property for the entire duration of the stay. Subletting is not allowed.

★ Absolutely NO SMOKING/Vaporing/Hookahs, not any kind of tobacco within the premises. No smoking on the porches and in the screen room.

★ Pets and parties are not allowed. The maximum occupancy is 6 people, including children of any age.

★ Only 2 assigned parking spaces are available. Boats, trailers, and commercial vehicles are not allowed in the community.

★ There will be charges for any use of glitter, confetti, or party decorations on the property.

★ No commercial activities are allowed to be held on the property; including any kind of filming, hair, make-up services, catering, private chefs, etc.

★ Quiet time after 10 PM. No parties, no overnight guests without previous approval from your host.

★ Guests will not be given a password for the thermostat. The minimum AC setting is 70F in the summer, and the temperature can be adjusted by guests as needed.


★ Lost and found: We do our best to keep lost items, but we cannot guarantee their return. Guests will be responsible for shipping and service fees for lost and found items.

★Please note that decorative quilts or pillows may need to be removed if they cannot be washed in the home


★ Rental golf carts or scooters are not allowed on the property.

★ Beach clubhouse is closed for renovations at the moment.
