Relax in our 2nd floor, beautifully decorated 1 bedroom 2 bath villa at Panama City Beach's ONLY gated full service resort with 24 hour security. The resort offers eleven pools, 4 hot tubs, poolside activities, tennis courts, a 9-hole executive par 3 golf course, shuffle board, pickle ball and a fitness center (some facilities require a small fee). Our villa is conveniently located to the walking bridge that takes you to the gulf, lagoon pool, Edgies convenience store/ coffee and ice cream shop, and Oceans Restaurant & bar. You can unwind in style while enjoying all the amenities offered by this amazing resort!

Accommodations at our home away from home include a king sized bed in the main suite and a queen sleeper sofa in the open floor plan great room. The bedroom and living room are both equipped with flat screen smart TV's , DVD player, and high speed internet. You'll also enjoy the fully equipped kitchen, which includes washer and dryer for all the comforts of home.

Step out on to your private covered balcony for morning coffee and croissant or evening drinks. You'll enjoy listening to the large water fountain located within the pond right outside your villa. The balcony has lovely furnishings that will put you in the mood for vacation!

This villa is non-smoking, we do not allow pets, and resort rules require that renters must be at least 25 years of age. Rates do not include 13% tax. We require full payment of the rental fee to confirm your reservation. Cancelation policy: 100% refund for cancellations more than 60 days prior to check-in date, 50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel atleast 30 days before check in date. No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check in. Cancellations must be made by 11:59 on the appropriate day. Check in time is 4:00 pm and check out time is 10:00 am.
