Relax in our 2nd floor, beautifully decorated 1 bedroom 2 bath villa at Panama City Beach's ONLY gated full service resort with 24 hour security. The resort offers eleven pools, 4 hot tubs, poolside activities, tennis courts, a 9-hole executive par 3 golf course, shuffle board, pickle ball and a fitness center (some facilities require a small fee). Our villa is conveniently located to the walking bridge that takes you to the gulf, lagoon pool, Edgies convenience store/ coffee and ice cream shop, and Oceans Restaurant & bar. You can unwind in style while enjoying all the amenities offered by this amazing resort!

Accommodations at our home away from home include a king sized bed in the main suite and a queen sleeper sofa in the open floor plan great room. The bedroom and living room are both equipped with flat screen smart TV's , DVD player, and high speed internet. You'll also enjoy the fully equipped kitchen, which includes washer and dryer for all the comforts of home.

Step out on to your private covered balcony for morning coffee and croissant or evening drinks. You'll enjoy listening to the large water fountain located within the pond right outside your villa. The balcony has lovely furnishings that will put you in the mood for vacation!

This villa is non-smoking, we do not allow pets, and resort rules require that renters must be at least 25 years of age. Rates do not include 13% tax. We require full payment of the rental fee to confirm your reservation. Cancelation policy: 100% refund for cancellations more than 60 days prior to check-in date, 50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel atleast 30 days before check in date. No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check in. Cancellations must be made by 11:59 on the appropriate day. Check in time is 4:00 pm and check out time is 10:00 am.

Loved our stay

absolutely loved our stay!The property was peaceful and surrounded by wildlife, we especially enjoyed seeing the turtles around the area. Edgewater has all the amenities without ever having to leave the property. The tram to the beach was very convenient and the room was perfect for just the two of us clean, cozy, and exactly what we needed for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Diamond in the rough.

Highly recommend Robert's Villa at Edgewater. We were visiting for a dance competition at the resort along with numerous other families and our Villa stood out for it's cleanliness, decor and necessities. The resort itself could use some updates but this Villa totally met our expectations. Owner was very easy to communicate with and made our check-in/check-out process easy; unlike other fellow travelers experience. Pictures are a great representation of what you will get when you arrive. Will stay here again for next year's competition.

Great Condo!

My husband and I came down for a long weekend at Edgewater. We don't stay on the Villa side often but we would definitely stay here again. The condo was very clean and cozy. Extremely quite and relaxing as well. The owner was great to communicate with and very accommodating. 10/10 for sure, would highly recommend.

Great location!

The condo was accurately advertised. It was very clean, nice large rooms, and quiet. The bed was very comfy! Lots of pools and nicely landscaped. Robert responded very quickly when I had a question. I loved sitting on the patio watching all the turtles in the water! There were so many! I also like that it was a gated community and a short walk over the bridge took you to the beach. Very nice like a resort with the restaurant and pools lit up at night. Beautiful beach area. Right across the street were several restaurants, and you are very close to Pier Park and more shops and restaurants. Would stay here again.

Nice property

Property & unit were very nice & actually exceeded expectations. We loved that there is a tram thatā€™ll come pick you up and take you to the pool & to the beach. My only complaint is that the community does not allow golf cart rentals. Definitely a ridiculous rule to have in any beach community and sounds like the rules of an overreaching HOA. The security guard at the front gate was annoyed that I even asked.

This unit ticks all the boxesā€”a gated condo community with beach front access in walking and tram distance, with a restaurant and convenience store on the property, too. This unit is golf side, relaxed and quiet. The pools golf side are heated. The ones tower side are not heated. This golf side 1 bedroom 2 bath unit is on a water featureā€”an irrigated pond with turtles and sometimes ducks viewed from your living room window or outdoor balcony. The king size bed in the large bedroom is comfortable. There is a sofa sleeper, and even a recliner, and the 2 tvā€™s are set up for everything from family to sporting events. The kitchen was cleanā€”very important. The granite countertop was beautiful. The unit is laid out well for a relaxing stay. New air conditioning. Parking is conveniently located down well-lit steps in front of your unit. The location is also in walking distance to the on site event center. Right across from the gated community are located 3 wonderful restaurantsā€”everything from a Waffle House to American Charlie to the upscale Firefly. Runaway Island restaurant has good ice tea, food, and gift shop. Irish McGuires restaurant is fun. Osaka a Japanese hibachi grill and chef was our favorite experience. My favorite meal was a wagyu hamburger at Gulf Coast Burger. YUM. Pier Park is located off the ocean with Fordā€™s Garage, a restaurant, Kilwinā€™s Chocolates, and Pier Park Ice Cream. There is a wonderful Publix grocery and deli store nearby-clean and well stocked. Enjoy!

A Nice Beach Getaway

The Villa was very clean and accommodating, with easy access to the beach via a short 5min. walk or by tram. We enjoyed the scenic views and general friendliness of the staff we encountered. I highly recommend vacationing here and I would consider staying here again in the future.
