INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens and towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

Wonderful location and easy access to Pier Park. views were wonderful, wish it had been a little warmer during our visit but still had a great time.

Great place and location

I love to stay at Calypso, specially due to the great location. This condo was nice and clean and I loved the decor. We greatly appreciated the box fans in each of the bedrooms, which was a first for me. I would definitely stay here again and would definitely recommend this condo. The communication with support staff before we arrived was fast and had accurate information. The checkin was very fast and easy.

The room is nice, but bed linens, rugs, pillows, shower curtain, etc need to be replaced more often for cleanliness.

Beautiful Panoramic View

The room is located on 17th floor on the corner with no tall buildings next door allows for one of the best views I've ever had at the beach! Would return for this alone. Condo was clean and beautiful. Master bedroom doesn't have a fan on ceiling so 2 box fans are available to use, just did not quite do the trick for my husband and I. Check-in process was awful because EVERYONE was checking in the exact same time, elevators in parking garage were impossible to use so we had to tote luggage up stairs to walk across to building. If I could give advice. Leave everything in your car until about 6 or 7 pm and wait until everything has cleared out before you go back to get luggage. Hallways are very narrow to pass others so ends up being a huge mess at check-in. Otherwise a perfect vacation.

Awesome place all around!

This is a wonderful, upscale property, and it was very difficult to leave. The views and access to the beach are incredible. Very clean and feels fresh. There is not one aspect that I can complain about except for the management company. After paying top dollar, it doesn’t set well to be hit out of the blue for extra money for parking. It’s not the amount but the principle. You are obligated to load an app in order to access check in details and the bar code that gives you access to parking. You could also have printed out the info, but if you were already on the road like we were, it would have been a hassle. As a host of multiple properties myself, I can say that the mgmt company makes it unnecessarily burdensome to check in. The owners should be aware of this, but otherwise it was a very memorable time for my family, and it’s the kind of place you would want to own.

The views were spectacular, location was great. The condo was decorated very pretty with lots of bling. There was plenty of room for 6 adults. We will definitely be going back!

Wonderful stay

Place was nice & clean. Plenty of room for family. Easy access to beach & local attractions. My only complaint was check in: there were directions on where to park; how to unload & directions to condo once in inside building. There’s a skywalk between condo & parking garage. It would have been nice to have some instructions on how to get to unit for those who would be arriving late.

Breathtaking

We have traveled all over and this is definitely the most beautiful condo we have ever stayed at. The gulf views are breathtaking and the condo is top scale beautiful. Will definitely come again!

Gorgeous place with Amazing Views

Everything was great! There were a few small issues that we fixed easily by going to the store (no dish soap or sponge, only one trash bag, needed more toilet paper).

Wonderful Condo

My family of 7 enjoyed every part of our trip. The room was clean, and exactly as described. All of the necessary information was provided to us beforehand, which made the check in process very easy. The location is perfect, just a short walk from Pier Park. The beach was beautiful. The pools and Tiki bar were wonderful. We will be back!

Gorgeous Location!

We really loved our stay here, it is in an ideal location by the pier and being on the 17th floor you have gorgeous views of the beach. The 3 bedrooms 3 full baths were a huge plus as well. We highly recommend this location!

Great stay!

We had a great vacation in PCB, and absolutely loved the condo. The rental was very clean, provided us with everything we needed, and worked well with us and our accommodations.

Beautiful view and location

These corner units in West tower have a beautiful view. Beds were comfortable and kitchen well stocked. Rugs were dirty and furniture could use a refresh with too much silver and sparkly accessories for our taste. . Parking and passes were very confusing and you have to pay for a pass for each car that wasn’t stared in the listing. Check in was a mess but to their defence they sent an email explaining that and it Went to my junk folder. Toilet was stopped up when we got here but maintenance came next day to fix. Beach was really crowded. We have stayed in a few others like 1609 and 1109 that were nicer.

Great vacation.

The condo was beautiful but could of been cleaner I washed the rugs they were gross. 2nd bathroom had towels on sink folded and nice but they were covering up grime on the sink hadn't been cleaned before we came.

Amazing

This place is amazing! Close to everything and very convenient! We came with about a group of 40 and we all thought out of 7 condos that our group rented that this one was this nicest! We had a issue with the sink the first day but I called management and they came straight up and fixed it within hours. We will definitely be back!
