Oceanfront Three Bedroom Condo - Crescent Towers II 506

The wonderful colors and beachy feel of this condo will make you feel right at home! This condo has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom is directly oceanfront. It has a king bed and has direct access to the master bathroom and balcony. The second bedroom has a queen bed and direct access to the hall bathroom. The third bedroom has two twin beds. The living room has a sleeper sofa and is directly oceanfront with direct access to the balcony.

This building does not allow smoking on balconies or on the grounds of the property.  All condos are nonsmoking and do not allow for pets. All condos rent weekly (Saturday to Saturday) Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend every year. Linen and towels are included on weekly and daily rentals.

The use of the pool, pool area, and grilling area are at your own risk. By using the pool, pool area and/or grilling area, you agree to hold harmless the Crescent Towers II Homeowners Association, its Board of Directors, its Owners, its Property Manager, and its Certified Pool Operator.

Very clean, comfortable, well equipped. Small issue with entry access (keys didn't cooperate), but quickly resolved. Everything was functional and in good condition. Convenient location and parking.

Great Time

We found our unit to be very well stocked with everything we needed. The location was great and the unit was clean. The only thing missing is some storage bowls with lids for leftovers. There was plenty of room for our family of 4 adults, 3 seventeen year old girls and one 23 month old sweet baby! We will stay again!

Beautiful beach views!

We had the best beach views! Our condo was right on the beach! We had a minor issue with the A/C but it was fixed within an hour. We also had to leave a day early due to a family emergency but the check-out process was very easy. Everyone was very friendly and we will absolutely be back!

Vacation crescent tower 2 room 506

Light bulb burned out, door handle loose, patio door too hard to open had to use bedroom door all the time, kit hen fan pulley not working, hole in wall of main bedroom. We still managed and had a good vacation. Just think a few Things could be updated. Also should have safety bars in bathtub.

Our stay at Cresent TowerII

Could use deep cleaning in regards to carpets other than that was pretty clean. Bathroom door knobs I think need replaced won't latch or lock. Had a hard time going in and out of sliding doors on balcony everyone stubbing toes on metal plate at the bottom! That hurts..

Great location

Just came back from spending 1 week at the property and here are my comments: The location of the unit is great, right on the beach and close to the shopping and restaurants. The beach is not very crowded and the building is quiet. The unit was pretty clean however... the owner should seriously think about some upgrades. * The ceiling in the kitchen is peeling and big chunks of paint are missing. * One kitchen drawer has a mismatched front and another drawer is totally missing the front. * The bathroom fan is missing a cover, displaying dusted guts of the fan. * 2 chairs on the balcony have broken plastic strips that were just hanging. * Not even 1 coffee filter was left at the unit, no salt, not 1 laundry pad and only 1 garbage bag - I always expect to purchase my own stuff when staying at any rental unit however, I have never had to buy my own salt or not even have 1 coffee filter or 1 extra garage bag before.

Thank you for your review. The fan cover was replaced and had been ordered prior to your arrival from Lowes due to the weird size. The drawers were with the person fixing them and have been repaired. They were damaged and not able to be repaired while in the unit. We are sorry that was not understood that we do not supply salt/pepper nor additional garbage bags. We try to put that infromation in all our paperwork.

Crescent Towers 2

Overall we were very pleased with our stay. We had plenty of room for our party of 7. The balcony view was a major highlight for us. We spent a great deal of time out there. The close proximity to the beach was also fantastic! The condo itself could use some updating. The ceiling was cracking and falling down, especially in the master bathroom. Some of the pans were extremely rusted and in my opinion unusable so we had to go out and buy some. Two of the drawers were broken and a repairman came and took them, but never brought them back. A little bit of TLC would do this condo some good. Aside from that, again, we were very pleased with our visit.

Fine place but...

Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the location of the unit is great but it could go for some updates and fixes, mostly in the kitchen and second bath. In the kitchen, some pieces of the ceiling had come off, cabinets had this sticky feeling, and the faces of the drawers were loose (one was missing). Also, the fan in the second bathroom was missing it's cover and was too noisy to run.

Awesome stay

We had a lovely time at the condo it is very nicely located and the extra beach toy bag was greatly appreciated by the children. The Condo was very clean and stocked with the basics. Having cable TV was nice in the evenings it gave the kids something to do when we were done swimming. Overall we very much enjoyed ourselves.

Great Location!!

Ocean view from the balcony. Comfortable, and cute decor. Kitchen is outdated but well stocked. The condo could use detailed cleaning around baseboards, behind and under furniture. Needs blackout curtains in back bedrooms. Great location to pickleball, aquatic center, and golf. Would rent again.

Perfect for our family vacation

Very clean and well taken care of! Had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The condo had a great layout and comfortably slept 8. Located in close proximity to most attractions. Parking was adequate.
