Oceanfront Corner Two Bedroom Condo - Crescent Towers II 405

Crescent Towers II - 405 has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed and has direct access to the master bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin beds and direct access to the hall bathroom. The unit has carpet in the bedrooms and new plank flooring in the hall, kitchen and living room.

Relax in the oceanfront living room and enjoy the view. There is a huge smart tv in the living room so you can watch your favorite shows. The living area, kitchen and hallway had the flooring replaced in September of 2023. The living room also has a sleeper sofa.

This building does not allow smoking on balconies or on the grounds of the property.  All condos are nonsmoking and do not allow for pets. All condos rent weekly (Saturday to Saturday) Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend every year. Linen and towels are included on weekly and daily rentals.

The use of the pool, pool area, and grilling area are at your own risk. By using the pool, pool area and/or grilling area, you agree to hold harmless the Crescent Towers II Homeowners Association, its Board of Directors, its Owners, its Property Manager, and its Certified Pool Operator.

Great views, nicely furnished and decorated. Loved the abundance of windows with an ocean view. The corner balcony gave excellent views of the sunrise. Very short walk to the beach was nice. Close proximity to attractions was a huge plus. We will be back!

Amazing view!!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The bed was super comfortable!!! The view was amazing and the pool and walk to beach was super quick! We would definitely stay again!! It had everything we needed. Only thing I’ll say is that some of it is outdated like bathrooms and kitchen but otherwise great place!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in this complex before. We love this property and adored this specific accommodation. It is well kept, lovely decorated, has a fabulous wrap-around, ocean-front deck, and all the items you need. The property management team, especially Karen and Mackenzie, were lovely to work with too. We have worked with Karen before and she is a delight. She even got us a much-needed keurig!

great location

Check in was very easy. I feel like it would be much easier to have codes for the doors instead of keys. The condo needs a little updating but was nice. There was carpet and it felt dirty. We loved that it was steps from the beach. The balcony furniture was broke and dirty and could use a good cleaning. The dryer did stop working. I called the company that handles this rental and they got right on it. We would stay here again.

This is a great jem of a property! The ocean view is amazing!

This is a fantastic property to stay at! The pictures of the living room showing the huge windows and view of the ocean are totally real! The living room is really big and the porch wraps around the side and front of the building so its great for all kinds of weather. We stayed here for 3 weeks and I would highly recommend this place as its extremely comfortable and clean with great views of the ocean and beach. I'm extremely picky and generally I won't sit on furniture at hotels but from the moment we walked into this place, I felt at home. It felt like we were going to a friends house.Some of the reviews point out that the kitchen and bathrooms are dated BUT are you really going to the ocean to judge the kitchen and bathroom?? You know you are just going to buy a bunch of food and then not cook it because its too fun to go out! The kitchen, while dated, has been thoughtfully filled with everything you could need if you wanted to cook. We did cook while we were there and it was really nice that most of the comforts you would have at home were there.While the bathrooms are dated, the hot water and pressure from the shower were fantastic. There is also a full size washer and dryer!Honestly, for the money, you can't get a better place - its a hidden gem and if you stay here, you can leave the building and walk right out onto the beach or walk down the street to the numerous restaurants and souvenir shops.

Great Location -and affordable

We enjoyed our stay. The beach in front of building waa MUCH less crowded than those to either side. Unit was comfortable for two college girls and two parents. Unit could use a little TLC but not a distraction or significant issue.

Very nice condo

We loved this condo. Checkin process was easy. The location on the corner side of building allowed the light to just filter in which we loved. It was very clean and had everything we needed for the week. My husband missed his Keurig but got packs for coffee maker and he survived. We also enjoyed how quiet it was. Couldn't hear anything from other units. Location of condo units close to beach activities. Not sure if we are returning to beach next year but would definitely rent this unit again.

Nice little paradise

This place has everything you need for a long stay. It was clean and spacious. I was worried about the noise with it being right next to the public beach access but it wasn’t bad at all. It’s quiet and up to date.

Thank you for your review however we thought you enjoyed the property? We did not hear any complaints while you were here and the write up on the review seems positive. The one star is really not reflective of the write up nor the condo. One star is not the best ... 5 stars are.

Solid place

No real complaints. Great access to Beach. Modern TVs if that matters to you. Overall feels a little dated but not unexpectedly.
