PRIMO POOL AND PALMS IS BACK BETTER THAN EVER! Fort Myers Beach is rebounding quickly from Hurricane Ian which caused major damage to the area on 9/28/22. There's still evidence of the hurricane in areas but the beach has been super busy and there's lots of restaurants and bars, beach shops and water sports open again. And you won't see any signs while at Primo Pool and Palms as its been fully renovated from top to bottom, inside and out, and is just waiting for you to come and enjoy a stay!

This is a private 2100 Sq Ft, Tropically landscaped canal front home located in the north end of Fort Myers Beach with quick and easy on/off access to the Island. There's a large driveway for plenty of parking included. But the best part is the large private heated pool and spa. If you want to be in the heart of the action, but yet be able to slip away quickly to enjoy some quiet time, this is the place!

Primo Pool and Palms is walkable to the Beach, Times Square and Old San Carlos Blvd where you will find water sport rentals, beach shops and plenty of bar/restaurants. A beach cart and beach chairs are included that you can take down to the beach. Or you can just stay put and relax in the free form pool with tanning platform and attached spa surrounded by the tropically landscaped yard. You can also sit on the large dock and look for the manatees and dolphins that occasionally visit the canals. Maybe a kayak cruise for two into the intercoastal to look for Dolphin, Manatee or bird watching. Relax in the hammock and listen to the sway of the palms. And If you're a boater, bring/rent a boat and tie up to the dock and be just minutes from the Gulf! You will feel that you have found a hidden Oasis at Primo Pool and Palms!

The rental rate does include access to the tandem kayak, along with all of the other great amenities at Primo Pool and Palms.

The lay-out of this 4 bedroom home allows for plenty of privacy with an Upper Level that features 2 Bedrooms (1 King and 1 Queen), Bath, Kitchen, Dining Area, Living Area with daybed with 2 twins that can convert to a king bed, and has an open upper lanai. There's a Lower Level that also features 2 Bedrooms (1 King and 1 Queen), Bath, Kitchen and Living Area with queen sleeper sofa. For privacy, just close the entry doors that separate the levels or leave open for free flowing access to the entire house.

The bedrooms have new mattresses and they are encased in Allerease protection cases. Pillows are also in Allerease cases. Each room has an extra set of sheets. There's a Samsung Smart TV in every bedroom. The upper level primary bedroom overlooks the pool and canal with its own access to the upper lanai.

The Living areas have comfy seating and both have 60" Samsung Smart TVs with cable and there is wi-fi throughout the house. You will also find games, books and puzzles.

Both Kitchens have new cabinets, appliances and granite counters and are fully stocked for your cooking needs. The upper level kitchen has a built in desk area for those needing to "plug in" while on vacation. The lower level is a kitchenette, no oven. But has a full size fridge, dishwaser, microwave and two burner stove top, a airfryer and has quick access to the Grilling area.

Both Bathrooms are stocked with plenty of linens. The upper level bath has a shower/bath combo. The lower level is large shower, no tub. Both are supplied with hair dryers.

The Laundry room has two front load washers and two front load dryers for your use. You will also find beach towels here and bedding for the sleeper sofa and extra bath towels for the lower bath.

As nice as the inside is, Outside is where you'll want to be! You will find:
The main feature, the large free form heated pool and spa! This home sits on a lot and a half so has lots of places to lounge with adirondaks and chaise loungers. There's a shaded seating area in lower lanai with sofa and 2 swivel chairs and a high top table with 4 seats. There's a large surfaced BBQ Grill. There's an outdoor table wih 6 seats on the upper lanai and a and pool side dinette with seating for 4.

Also included is everything for a day at the Beach:
Beach chairs; beach blankets; toys; cooler; and a Beach Cart to tote everything in!
There's a tandem kayak with paddles and an assortment of life jackets.
Fun outdoor games too like tiki toss and giant jenga.
Every attempt has been made to outfit the home with everything you may need to have a carefree and enjoyable vacation!
