This recently renovated and updated Pelican Watch, beachfront villa overlooks a wide uncrowded beach in the gated resort of Seabrook Island. A beautiful unhurried island including activites, natural beauty and great amenities. Enjoy the sun kissed days of ocean fun while watching the wild life of the area including the dolphins, pelicans and shore birds. Relax on the back deck in the evenings from your unobstructed views of the ocean with our new pub table and chairs while checking out spectacular sunsets. And at the end of the day, curl up for a peaceful nightā€™s sleep on our new memory foam king size bed or our new memory foam queen size pullout couch. Freshen up in our 2 full baths.
We provide high speed internet and cable. A brand new 55ā€ 4K TV, a Bose sound system, a fully equipped kitchen, beach chairs and a guarantee of many wonderful memories made here.
We provide our guests with amenity cards that allows you full access to the amenities of the Seabrook Island Club, the new Lake House indoor pool and Fitness Center.
There are 2 championship golf courses: Crooked Oaks and Ocean Winds by Robert Trent Jones, a racquet center with 15 Har-Tru composition tennis courts and a staff that will help arrange matches and offer first class instruction. And now two new Pickle ball courts for enthusiasts of the worldā€™s fastest growing game.
The property has three outdoor swimming pools and an sun deck on the ocean.
If you are hungry there is a beach front dining at the pool beach club, a casual grill in the club house or the elegant dining room in the club house. All within walking distance.
A beautiful fitness center, well equipped and even offers an indoor pool, is a bike ride or short drive from our unit.
Activities for kids includes volleyball, basketball and a playground, all outdoors.
The Bohicket Marina is right before you enter Seabrook. There are several great restaurants located there as well as a fishing or crabbing dock, boat rentals and many activities throughout the year.
Shops at the new Freshfields Village are just 10 minutes away, with Harris Teeter Village Market, a full service grocery, Java Java and Starbuckā€™s coffee shops, several restaurants and lots of shops and services. Historic Charleston is only 35 minutes away, with all it has to offer as far as culture, entertainment, history and restaurants.

Lovely view of coastal waters. Very close to beach. Kitchen well stacked. Keurig and regular coffee makers on site. Comfortable king size bed. Dishwasher worked really well. Hosts are very lovely and accommodating. They made us feel very welcome. We loved our stay and will be back.

We really enjoyed our stay here. This condo was everything advertised. Great sunset views from the back porch. Very roomy for a 1-bedroom and the kitchen was extremely well equipped. Location is also great - a short walk or bike ride to the restaurants, pool complex, and golf course. We hope to be back!

Beautiful and perfectly clean, everything we needed to enjoy a 10-day stay. Kitchen fully equipped, very comfortable beds, peaceful atmosphere, beautiful sunsets. Perfect spot to enjoy nature and relax! Boardwalks make access to the beautiful beach convenient, and an enjoyable walk. I also felt very safe on the grounds and on the island in general, with my kids, even when I had to run out to the grocery store (conveniently located) late in the evening. I would highly recommend this property and Iā€™m definitely hoping to return soon! Itā€™s now my kidsā€™ favorite vacation spot.

We had an amazing stay and Ron and Diane were wonderful! The view of the river from the deck was to die for and the perfect place for morning coffee. We saw so many dolphins throughout the day. The villa is beautiful, clean, and has everything you could need for a week. The kids loved the beach toys and there are also beach chairs and umbrellas we used daily. We will definitely be back!

Dreamy Dolphin Paradise

Hosts were very accommodating. Beach chairs, beach toys and boogie board provided, so no need to pack your own. Ample amenities and supplies. Bring your own Keurigs or coffee. Beds were very comfortable. Very quiet and scenic.

Pelican Watch Perfect Location

This condo is well-maintained and updated. The owner is easy to get ahold of and accommodating. The views are great, we were a couple hundred yards from the beach. The stay included amenity cards which gave us access to the club down the road. The club is less than half mile, easily walkable and included a private beach area, two pools, two golf courses and the three club restaurants. Perfect place for a couple or family of four.

We had a wonderful stay at this beachfront villa!! Perfect location and beautiful view of daily wildlife and sunsets. The Villa had everything we needed and the amenity cards were a great bonus!! We live in Atlanta but have fallen in love with Seabrook Island. This is our second property on the island. Seabrook Island is such a unique area, we have guests that return year after year. So when this unit became available, we decided to purchase it with our daughter and son in law. Who could turn down that view?

Por que o anfitriĆ£o escolheu essa propriedade

We saw a diamond in the rough and have completely redone this unit. We have installed new flooring throughout the house which looks just like wood, but is water proof, scratch proof and stain proof. Great for ocean front property. Repainted the unit, purchased almost entirely all new furniture and furnishing including a new pullout queen sofa with memory foam mattress and a memory foam king size mattress with all new linens for the bedroom and equipped the kitchen to suit any cook's needs.

O que faz essa propriedade ser Ćŗnica?

The sunsets are the most unique feature for an Atlantic coast resort. They are spectacular especially in the winter. The dolphins always provide endless entertainment. We never tire of watching them. We love riding bikes, beach walks and watching our kids and grandchildren enjoy Seabrook like we do.
We realize what someone is looking for to make their vacation fun, comfortable and uncomplicated. I feel we have accomplished this in a fantastic space.
