Kiawah Island is a private access, park-like gated community with a very unique conservation approach. Surround yourself in the splendor of Kiawah Island's stunning natural beauty, which features rolling sand dunes, lush seaside forests, beautiful marshland and freshwater ponds. - This is a top floor end unit. While there is an adjacent villa immediately next door, there are no units above you. Please note that you will have to walk up & down three flights of stairs. There is not an elevator.

- Don't wait in an office to check-in or get a key! Drive straight to your beach home and enter the front door with a lock code. Prior to your visit, we will send you our mobile app with directions and full instructions.

Guests enter Ocean Vista by taking the exterior staircase from the sidewalk in front of the building to the 3rd floor and entering the front door of the home. Be sure to take in the ocean views from the third floor deck outside our front door! Once you enter the front door, you will find an entryway & hallway, which connects you to the bedroom, bathroom, living room, kitchen, dining area and laundry room. You'll enjoy ocean views from the bedroom, living room & back deck. You may access the back deck from the living room and bedroom. There is a washing machine & dryer in a closet near the front door. Off-street parking for up to 2 cars is included in the rental rate.



Ocean Vista is located within the Windswept Villas residential community in the Kiawah Island Resort. Please be mindful of this residential character of the home during your stay & be respectful of our neighbors. Some noise is to be expected during day time hours.



Resort pool access not permitted with this rental.

NO SMOKING. Tenant must be 25 years old. NO PARTIES, EVENTS, PERFORMING ARTISTS OR BANDS ALLOWED AT ANY TIME. You may not exceed the maximum occupancy at any time — day or night. These are causes for eviction with no refund, and may damage our ability to offer the home for future guests exposing you to liability.

Please keep A/C temperature above 70F for optimal comfort. It is recommended to set it at 72F. Remember to keep doors and windows closed to maintain a cool home and keep bugs out. Fridges may take 24 hrs to cool when loaded after cleaning.
