The home is located on a quiet street, on the North End of Tybee Island. The garden stairway leads from the driveway to the front entrance of the home. Guests are greeted by a grand multi-level front porch that leads into the foyer with high ceilings and natural light from the vaulted ceilings and tall windows. The sitting room is a great room to gather with friends. The oversized chairs create a casual ambiance that invites you to relax and unwind and appreciate the attention to detail in the space. Enjoy music throughout the home with the whole-home sound system. Control the sound from every room with built-in wall controls.

Just past the sitting room is the dining room. Enjoy family meals and entertaining in this lavish space that seats up to 10 people. What better way to entertain, than to enjoy a gourmet meal, prepared in the spectacular gourmet kitchen which features a Sub-Zero refrigerator and freezer; dual commercial-quality ovens, and a six-burner gas range with a pot filler faucet. The gourmet kitchen center island makes meal prep a dream - right in the middle of the kitchen. There is a third area designed to be a specialty coffee bar, complete with a sink. Enjoy a cup of your favorite coffee beverage from the Nespresso machine or Keurig coffee maker.

Gather the family in the family room with large comfortable seating and a large flat screen tv. The screened porch sits just outside the family room. Relax on the porch with access to the large backyard, accessible from the porch.

There are two levels of bedroom spaces, each level has 2 bedrooms, and all bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. Just up the stunning staircase, the first level of bedrooms includes a Bedroom 1 with a King-size bed and walk-in closet, with a large ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and separate bathtub. Bedroom 2 has two Twin beds and a bonus space with Twin bed, and an attached ensuite bathroom with a beautiful all-tile walk-in shower and a separate bathtub.

The third-floor bedrooms include Bedroom 3, with a King-size bed and an attached bathroom with a walk-in shower, and Bedroom 4, with a Queen bed and a Full bed, and an attached ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Each bedroom has a flat-screen TV, each shower has dual shower heads, and each water closet is complete with a bidet.

This beautiful home is truly unique with every upgrade and every feature you would envision for your home away from home. There is ample parking for up to four cars. The home has in-home Wifi for guest use, and an in-home surround sound entertainment system to enjoy. There are two outdoor showers, both with hot and cold water. The outdoor entertainment includes a gas grill and corn-hole.

The nearest beach access point at either end of Bay Street, either on Polk street or Byers Street. The beach access leads to the quiet North end of Tybee Island directly on the bay where the Savannah River meets the Atlantic Ocean. Watch the dolphins play and the ships come to port.
