Relax under the Palms! Three Palms is ready to make your Tybee dreams come true! Located in Shipwatch Dunes on Tybee's North Beach this 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath, 1800+ square foot vacation home features 2 primary suites with ensuite baths and private decks, which both offer a partial view of the Savannah River. Enjoy tranquil views of the water, blissful Tybee breezes, and amazing sunsets.

After a day at the beach enjoy games and outdoor recreation on the ground floor of the home. The outdoor patio has a gas grill, a built-in fire pit, and an outdoor shower with both hot and cold running water to rinse off after a day at the beach. The garage area is perfect for entertaining, complete with a ping-pong table. There is a wet bar with a sink and a full-size fridge, for keeping your beverages right at hand, and there is a convenient half bathroom downstairs too!

The main living level is located on the second floor of the home and is open and spacious with high ceilings that let in tons of natural light. Enter the home from the front deck, and walk into the open, spacious living room. The bright living area has a sleeper sofa and comfortable furnishings. The living room features a decorative fireplace with a large flat-screen TV mounted above. The dining area, just off the living room is open to the kitchen and living area and has seating for up to 6 people and a breakfast bar with seating for 3. The kitchen is fully equipped, ready to take on family meals in a flash. The laundry area is just off the kitchen with a full-size washer and dryer. Just outside the living room enjoy coastal breezes on the screened porch that has outdoor seating and a partial view of the Savannah River and bay.

There are 2 primary suites located upstairs, on the third floor of Three Palms. The first primary bedroom has a King size bed and a flat screen TV. Step out onto the attached sun deck and enjoy a partial view of the bay from the comfort of the deck. The second primary bedroom, also on the third level has a Queen size bed and a twin bed, perfect for families. The attached primary bathroom has a walk-in shower. This bedroom has access to another sundeck with partial views of the bay and lounge chairs for soaking in the sunshine.

The main level of the home has 2 guest bedrooms. The first bedroom has a Queen bed with a TV, and the second bedroom, perfect for kids, features a Twin bed and Twin bunk beds, with a hideaway trundle bed, which allows for sleeping for 4 in this room. These two bedrooms share a hall bathroom. The bathroom has a walk-in shower.

The North-end beach of Tybee Island is quiet and family-friendly and is on the Bay (not oceanfront) where the Savannah River meets the Atlantic Ocean. There is a beach, but only very gentle wave action. Watch the dolphins play and the ships come to port.

Please note: This home is located about 1/2 of a block from beach access, which is at the intersection of Shipwatch Lane and Polk Street. The beach access is a soft sand path.

The house was clean, spacious and in a great location. Short walk to the bay where we were able to paddleboard with dolphins and catch amazing sunsets!

Overall a good stay.

We enjoyed our stay! We came with 2 other families for a softball tournament and there was plenty of room for 5 adults and 5 teenagers. Only complaint was the presence of large cockroaches in the kitchen area that came out at night & ants, but given the woody location this is often common. The proximity to the river/beach area was nice. Overall a good stay.

Great Family Location

We really enjoyed our stay. It is in a great location. Away from the touristy south end of the island but close enough to hang out down there. Quiet neighborhood. Near some cute shops and restaurants. Chamaco taco is a fun little place to eat. Great food. Cute little coffee shop nearby, Tybean. 25 minute drive to downtown Savannah. We went back-and-forth for some SCAD activities and just hanging out downtown. Great sushi restaurant in the south end of Tybee called Raw Ingredients. Pier 16 in south tybee is a nice restaurant with good food. Yummy peach sangria. The house was comfortable and large enough for four adults and five teenagers. Beds were comfortable. We didnā€™t eat much there. They have one large fridge and freezer in the kitchen. In the dining room they have an extra freezer/fridge. The freezer drawer on the big fridge wasnā€™t opening well so we didnā€™t use it. They have two coffee makers, one regular coffee maker for grounds and the other is a Keurig. Bring your own coffee. plenty of bath towels but bring your own beach towels. The beach is really close. A walk down the street and up a beach path for the neighborhood. Starfish everywhere, dolphins swimming in pods and sunrises and sunsets. Itā€™s not bad being off the beach because all of the houses are a long walk to the beach itself anyway. The only thing youā€™re missing out on is a good view of the beach. There is a pretty rundown house between you and a small view of the beach. We were quite busy going in and out of Savannah because our daughter is going to scad. There was one other issue in the house which I believe they are addressing. There was a leak in the dining room ceiling coming from the guestroom upstairs in the closet. There was mold and a smell in the closet. They are aware of it and hopefully taking care of it. We really enjoyed the house. Plenty of room. We didnā€™t spend much time outside on any of the porches or anything. Too hot. stormed often in the afternoon. Nice place. I think youā€™re paying more for the Location near the beach (Not on the beach) and the number of bedrooms and bathrooms. Our boys went to the nearby fort. There are a couple nearby forts. We drove by the lighthouse but we did not visit it. The savanna underground ghost tour is really fun. Iā€™ve done it twice. Itā€™s a bus tour and a show. A little more pricey at $60 but worth it if you like something spooky. Overall we had a great trip.

Nice location for the beach.

Enjoyed our stay. Overall house was fine but in need of some repairs. Nothing major but should be taken care of. We had a family of 12 and it was comfortable, except because we had 5 couples it would have been nice to have more bedroomsā€”not the fault of the property. The half bath is located in the garage which is below the house which is nice when playing ping pong and cornhole.

We had a nice stay, I do think you need to make sure people understand the fireplace doesnā€™t work, the down stairs isnā€™t set up like in the picture and I think you might want to have wood for fire pit next time, would be nice but with that being said it was overall a very nice place

Great house for party of 10, very comfortable.

Daughter's bachelorette get away for a long weekend, ages 30 - 59, house was comfortable for us all. Beach was a close walk, and was very quite and not crowded at all. Was able to see pods of dolphins every day! Did not really go out any, with Covid as a concern, but it did appear that it was close to the little town. First time to Tybee Island, will come again.

Great location, dirty house

Location was superb. Beach was not very busy, but had a couple encounters with jellyfish. The house was not as clean as expected upon arrival and a little more run down than pictures represented. A lot of bug issues as well. Informed management company and they were very responsive and sent someone the next day to clean the house. Despite second cleaning, house was still not up to par.

Girls Trip Fabulous

We really enjoyed our stay at Tybee Island. The house was very nice and quick walk to the beach. We loved staying on the North end of Island. It was more private. One suggestion though. The house across the street #7 is an eye sore when on the top balcony looking over at ocean. Also, the house behind the property looking out of back kitchen window needed a little TLC as well. But overall, we enjoyed our stay. Thank you.
