This one-of-a-kind retreat is a 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom beachfront haven on Tybee Island, Georgia. This Tybee home is more than just a regular beach home, offering an unforgettable setting that captures the essence of vintage charm. Nestled in the mid-island of Tybee, the home is within walking distance of popular restaurants and shops.

The story of 1 2nd Terrace begins as you step inside this two-story beauty. On the lower floor, you'll find the main living area, ample seating, and sliding doors leading to a covered porch – the perfect spot for shaded relaxation. The butcher block kitchen counters speak to the home's past, but the fully appointed kitchen has been appropriately updated with modern conveniences. Past the kitchen is a convenient half bathroom and laundry room. Dining seating is offered at the kitchen counter and dining table.
Additionally, on the lower level of the home is a primary bedroom with a queen bed and an attached full bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Ascend to the upper floor, where three bedrooms await your relaxation. The top floor of the home has painted pine floors, reminding you of the commitment to maintain the cottage's historic roots. A spacious primary bedroom has a king bed, reading nook/workspace, attached full bathroom, and private balcony with panoramic ocean and beach views. A bedroom with two twin beds and a bedroom with a queen bed share the third full bathroom at 1 – 2nd Terrace. Each of the bedrooms has been furnished with vintage touches and modern amenities.

Unparalleled Views and Relaxation
The top-floor balcony is the perfect spot to sunbathe, enjoy a quiet night under the star-filled sky, and watch twinkling lights from the ships anchored offshore. Right off the coast is the international shipping channel called "Tybee Roads," where the ships come from the Atlantic Ocean before heading down the Savannah River to port with cargo from all over the world. The unobstructed views from the top floor balcony allow you a spot like no other on Tybee Island to experience the relaxation of a sunrise over the Atlantic ocean.
The living room and all bedrooms have televisions with streaming options with either a Fire stick, Tubi or Live TV that can stream some channels through the app. There is not cable at this home only use of streaming services.
