Affordable Princeville Escape! Sandpiper 120A is a bright, budget-friendly 1BR condo with a large private lanai and full kitchen. Sleeps 4 with a Queen sleeper sofa. Close to everything: 15 mins to Anini Beach, 20 mins to secluded Sealodge Beach, and 1 mile to groceries & dining at Princeville Center. Includes pool, hot tub, and BBQ access. Perfectly located 10 mins from Hanalei Bay for the ultimate "local feel" vacation! (No AC/Ground Floor).

Walkability

• Anini Beach (about a mile): Hike to Kauai’s longest reef for world-class snorkeling and calm swimming. Trail head is just before the Westin.
• Sealodge Beach (about a mile): A "local secret" secluded beach reached via the Princeville Makai Golf Course pedestrian path. The trailhead is in the Sealodge parking lot, a strenuous 15min hike down the path.
• Princeville Shopping Center (1 mile): Walk to Foodland grocery, local boutiques, restaurants, and Tiki Iniki bar.

It is a lovely space. Very quiet community. Only draw back no AC. Despite this surprisingly comfortable. Would stay again.

Perfect location!

We love Princeville, and this was a great location with easy access to the pool, the walking trail and a short drive to our favorite beaches.

Excellent Location

We appreciated the proximity of the parking stall as well as the pool/hot tub. The kitchen was well stocked.

Once a resident of Kauai

We love to visit our many friends on the north shore where we once lived. The accommodation was very large and comfortable for our three-week stay.

Great location for a short getaway

I could not have asked for better. I was extending a work trip for a few days and had not been to Kauai before. More than happy with this property for a few days stay. The amenities were beyond expectation.

Good place to stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wonderful place, but very hot during sunny days. Aircooler and fan doesnt suffice.

Good location, nice place

It looked just like the pictures..had just the basics, which was fine for me.The pool and hot tub were great ! We were there to hike, so at the end of the day, the hot tub was great for my legs and feet !! Swimming pool was very nice. Located close to store's in Princeville, which was convenient.

This condo was absolutely amazing ! The location was perfect . The condo had a kitchen fully stocked with everything you need . The washer and dryer was perfect thing to have . I will stay here again .

Great stay for our friends wedding

Great area. Great condo. Only issue we found was the lighting at night to know where you are going. We got in after dark and went to a few buildings to find our way. Thinking a map of the condo complex should be included with your info. Thanks for the great stay!

We love this location and have stayed at the Sandpiper Village many times. Princeville is such a nice quiet area. The condo was nice and as expected. It could use a little touch up here and there but we have found that's the case with most places. It had all the appliances that we needed to fix meals when we wanted which was mostly breakfast. The burners on the stove are a bit uneven but they did work. It was a nice spacious place and we would defiantly stay here again.

Cute & comfy

The place was as described and worked well for our stay. It can be a bit loud at times due to the density of units. The bed is rather worn and continued to "taco" through the week.

Beautiful and well equipped

The property grounds are amazingly beautiful and well kept. The condo itself had everything you might need on a vacation. It felt like a home away from home after long days of sight seeing, hiking, swimming... It is far from all the main island attractions. If you stay here, be prepared to make at least a 45 minute drive to any attractions beyond Hanalei Bay.

Super Comfortable bed!

We enjoyed our stay. It was clean, had a washer and dryer, and a dishwasher. It was just the two of us, but I did notice that the couch pulled out into a bed if needed. There were plenty of towels and two snorkel and fin sets, which we used. Nothing fancy but they worked well enough. We enjoyed the lanai and the best part was the bed was incredibly comfortable!!!

Nice Place

Family friendly. The place was very clean. The unit is downstairs and you could here adults walking around upstairs. However, the respect for quiet time at night was very good. The living room furniture is a little on the older side and saggy. But overall a very pleasant stay.

Great place, no AC

We stayed here for ten days. Wonderful trip. We rented e-bikes from paradise bikes and just stayed local (Princeville, Hanalei, Hanea SP). Hit the pool and hot tub every day. Lots of kids, which I don’t mind. We were blessed with great weather. The condo is fan cooled. Would have been uncomfortable if it had been any hotter, but we were okay in a cool July.

Everything Great, Lame Bed

Loved the place. Has everything you need and the location was amazing. I read that the bed was fixed but it sags big time in the middle and felt like I was sleeping on a slant. I looked under the bed and there was literally a book supporting, or trying to support the middle, metal frame. Just needs a new frame and it would be 5 stars. Had a great time and loved the place otherwise!

The bed mattress has a prominent sink hole and higher quality shampoo and conditioner would have been appreciated. Overall, my stay was comfortable, met my needs, and was a good value.
