Beach Daze 2 is nestled behind Beach Daze 1 in a prime location in Ocean Beach just steps from dog beach.


This adorable 1 bedroom cottage has had new flooring installed throughout, a newly tiled shower in the bathroom and a newly remodeled kitchen with all new appliances, including a dishwasher.

The bedroom has a queen -sized bed with all new linens and bedding. The living room has a super comfortable sofa that can be folded down into a bed.


In the living room there is a flat screen TV with cable and wifi.

Beach Daze boasts front loader washer and dryer for your convenience.

The garden area offers an outside table and bbq for your outside dining comfort.

There is a small fenced in yard with a picket fence dividing the property from Beach Daze 1.


Beach Daze 2 is the perfect getaway for a couple or couple with a child or anyone who wants to be near dog beach and close to the fun, eclectic city of Ocean Beach.

A little bit about Ocean Beach:

This small beach town is a favorite among locals who spend their days surfing, sunbathing around the pier, hanging out in their vintage VW vans, and strolling through the many surf shops, taco stands and antique malls. Ocean Beach has a throw-back groovy vibe of vintage SoCal, coupled with friendly locals and great dining

Nestled between the San Diego River and the hills of Point Loma, Ocean Beach is perfect for surfers to enjoy the waves created by jetties. The beach is also friendly for swimmers, sunbathers, even dogs too!

THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW:

This home is Non-Smoking home. We don't allow smoking inside or outside the home.

There are 2 units on this property. Beach Daze 2 sits in the back and there is a larger unit in the front. You will have to access your unit by walking through a shared pathway adjacent to the front unit's yard area.

This home is small but fully equipped with all your needs and great for a couple looking for a beach getaway.

Due to the moderate coastal climate, this house (like most in the area) does not have air conditioning.

This home is not equipped with Forced Air or Heat. You will be provided space heaters in the winter and fans in the summer.

This home is located in a residential neighborhood and in a shared property. Please respect your surrounding neighbors. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Evictions are strictly enforced if at any time our guests choose to disregard this rule.

For homes that allow pets there are certain rules that always apply. Pets are never to be left alone in the homes uncrated. If you plan on spending time away from your pets please find a doggy day care or crate your pet. You can call our office for recommendations or check the Welcome Book. This home has a 1 pet maximum (depending on size) and because there is a small cottage in the back, no pets are to be left unleashed while outside.

Pet Fee: $40/Night, $250/Wk or $300/Month (Per Pet).

Ocean Beach lies in the San Diego International Airport flight path for some departing flights. No planes can depart after 11:30 pm or before 6:30 am.
