Welcome to our newly listed vacation home, the perfect retreat for families and friends looking to enjoy the best of the Delaware beaches.

Ideally located just 3 miles from both Lewes Beach and Rehoboth Beach, you’ll be close to restaurants, shopping, and all the coastal fun — while still enjoying the peace and comfort of a quiet neighborhood.

The main living area offers a spacious open layout, including a cozy living room, a dining area, and a fully stocked kitchen with an island and barstools — perfect for family meals or game nights.

Step out from the dining area onto the patio, ideal for relaxing after a beach day.
An outside screened porch adds extra space to unwind.

Dogs are welcome with a $200 pet fee ($50 for each additional dog, with prior approval).
Please note: The yard is not fenced.

What are guests responsible for before checkout?
We simply ask that you:
Wash any used dishes
Take out the trash to the mailbox area on Sunday night (a $50 fee applies if not done)
Sweep out any sand tracked into the home
We provide a vacuum cleaner, broom, and dustpan. Guests are not expected to deep clean before departure.

Nice stay, close to several beaches

My family and I enjoyed staying so close to Rehobeth and Lewes Beaches, and Cape Henlopen state park. The house was a good size and had a nice screened in back porch.

Short getaway

Home is located close to everything, yet tucked into a cute small and quiet neighborhood. Made for a relaxing few days away. I will be keeping this house in my list of places to stay again in the future.

Overall, was clean. AC good. Bathrooms could use a refresh Worse was awful condition of yard when we arrived. The manager seems very responsive when I mentioned the yard condition and sent 2 awesome landscapers to clean up the yard. However, there are sucker trees still remaining.

Quiet Per-friendly Beach House

This property is the perfect spot for a quiet getaway to the beach that is still close to everything. Neighbors are friendly and inviting. One major selling point for me was I could bring my dog. The amenities are adequate and the home is cute and comfortable.

About 4 mikes from Rehoboth boardwalk

The house was very clean, check in was easy, accommodated 10+ people. Owner allowed for one night rental in summer (although price went up when trying to book one day after I initially looked into the rental). Overall pleased with home, check-in process, would rent again.

Great house close to everything

We stayed for 2 nights. The house is a short drive for both Rehobeth and Cape Henlopen. The property was exactly as advertised. It was a little strange that the top bunk of the bunk beds was right under the ceiling fan, but the AC works great so it wasn't really a problem.

Nice House

The house is not fancy but cozy and feels like home. It can sleep a large amount of people and there is ample seating for meals for everyone. The kitchen has been updated since our last stay, which was nice. Now includes a dishwasher. The owner is very responsive and helpful if you need anything. Overall clean, although small details like the trim and corners of the bathroom could use a little touch up. FYI - there is no hairdryer there as mentioned in the description. Be sure to bring yours. This is our second stay and would stay again if in the area.

Pet friendly and in a good location

The neighborhood was really nice and it was conveniently located off route 1. The property was able to fit all of us and we were able to bring the dogs which was a bonus. However, the house could use some updates. The screened in porch was a bit dirty and had some tears in the screen and in the screen door making it hard to use with the dogs. Also, the house was not very well stocked with kitchen supplies. Overall, a good house in a good location but could use some updating and cleaning in some areas.

The house was clean. It looks like a lot of work has been done. The listing said there was a grill. There was no grill. The beds were listed as twins but pictures showed full. Luckily I messaged the host and she told me they were full so we were able to bring the proper sheets. No grill was a big inconvenience as we planned on having steaks one night. We went to Walmart and bought a little disposable grill and used for the day. Also the front screen door was broken. This didn’t affect us at all but I should have called the host and told her. All in all for a weekend it was fine.

Beach week

We could not use th the screened in porch, because there was a big hole in the screen that someone had gone through. We had found dirty dishes in the cupboard. We had to replace a lightbulb above the sink there was a dirty pan with meat and Greece in the oven. The fact that the kitchen said it was stocked it was not there were no platters. There was no corkscrews. There was no sauce pan no frying pan. The neighborhood was wonderful. The closest to the beach and the town were a very big convenience, but the house truly needed to be cleaned and gone over with the owner.

Great location and lovely home!

This is the perfect home in a great hidden spot! The park and large field was great for walking around with the dog. I spent the last 6 months here as a travel nurse. My husband came down on the weekends. Its right off Route 1/coastal highway next to the Walmart which is walking distance and super convenient. This home fulfilled my two requirements….to be very clean and nicely decorated. Its in a Cul de sac which was great, so no through traffic. There is a front porch with patio furniture as well as the back screened-in patio nicely decorated. We had coffee every morning out here and let the dog run. The backyard is big enough which was great as well as the Outdoor shower. Great location for what our family was looking for, i.e., beaches, water park, mini golf, The owner’s couldn’t have been nicer. They contacted us to let us know that we could check in earlier on our arrival date. Communication with the owners was always prompt and friendly. I won’t hesitate to rent this property again!!

Great house and Location!

This was a great vacation with our family as our first time at Rehoboth Beach. The location was great as well as the neighborhood. Spacious, newly renovated house. Well decorated and well supplied. House is in a culd-de sac and the park is walking distance. It’s nice and quiet and out of the way of the beach traffic. It’s next to Walmart which was awesome! kitchen was fully stocked. This property was perfect for our family vacation this year during spring break. There was plenty of space for dinner, games, and relaxing. We also enjoyed the front deck and outback screened in porch. We were also very grateful that this property was dog friendly so that our pups could enjoy the beach with us. I would advise future renters to travel to the state park beaches-they are less crowded and the shell hunting was amazing. Ask Brittany for the address, it was her recommendation. The owners were easily accessible and polite. Great communication. Thank you so much Brittany! We will return again!

The living room wasn't vacuumed before we came and we had to empty the dishwasher. There were no pulls to open the cabinets and drawers, I broke two nails just trying to get silverware. The pistons need adjusted in the front storm door, that door caught two different kids in the achilles. There was no grill as advertised, there was no functioning outdoor shower, which made cleanup take a lot longer. The a/c didn't work for the majority of the time and then we were caught in a he said/she said with a dishonest HVAC tech. The stove is on it's way out so cooking took forever. Everything seemed to be the "landlord special." The owner was kept up to date on all the major issues, and she already knew about the shower and the missing grill before we came. She originally offered to refund one night's stay, but stopped responding to me when I tried to discuss things after we checked out.

Great place with fantastic location yet super quiet and very family & dog friendly

This home was very comfortable, quiet and perfect for a simple family get away. We spent most of our time away but when we were there, it was everything we needed. We especially liked the screened in back porch for evening chats and morning coffee. Also loved having a practically new Weber grill for a couple of great grilled meals. We would definitely return.
