This home is located across from Seacrets, one of Ocean City's most popular night spots, as well as Dumser's Dairyland Drive-In's world-famous milkshakes and frozen treats. Take the whole family down to the Jolly Roger Amusement Park for all-ages fun, just two miles south, or hop on the Ocean City Expressway for shopping, dining, and even more excitement over in Ocean Pines.

Offering easy beach access just outside, this condo is ideal for a family vacation and offers free WiFi, three flatscreen TVs with Netflix streaming, a modern and well-equipped kitchen, and a balcony with a fantastic ocean view, perfect for kicking back with a cool drink and enjoying the sea breeze.

Things to Know
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. EV charging is not available/permitted on the premises. Doing so is cause for removal. There are charging stations at 100th St. bayside, 40th St. bayside, and at Royal Farms and Wawa in West Ocean City.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Really nice place for a family! Super close to the beach, coffee, groceries, and night life (Seacrets). Could have been cleaner (beds,linens, storage areas) bathrooms were clean!

This condo was in such a great location for our trip. Steps away from the beach and a quick drive to the convention center. There were plenty of appliances for us to use and everything was tidy when we arrived.

Wonderful view of the ocean despite being second building from the beach. Short, short walk to access at 50th street. Excellent front porch to hang out on and enjoy the beach.

Perfect Beach Rental

This property is perfectly located for a OCMD vacation. I love the balcony you can sit and relax while you can see and hear the ocean waves. This property is practically beachfront. It is also conveniently located within walking distance of plenty of popular bars and restaurants. Also dumpsers ice cream is right across the street as well. The property looks like it has recently been renovated as well. The furniture in the living room and dining room looked new. The fridge and stove were also new. The beds were all very comfortable. We will definitely come back and stay at this property again.

Great Beach Trip

The location of this unit couldn’t be better. We spent all day at the beach, and we could go back and forth to the unit very quickly and never had to worry about parking since there was a reserved spot. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had nearly everything we needed, and the balcony view was unbeatable. Our only minor issue was the door code stopped working, but we were able to get it fixed within minutes of calling the support line. I would definitely stay again!

Great view

We had a great stay, you can’t beat the view! The refrigerator doesn’t shut, we had to use a stool to keep it closed. A few wonky outlets and lights. Tv and remote were a pain to figure out. But great location.

Adorable condo! Convenient to convention center, walkable to restaurants etc Had everything we needed for short weekend getaway Loved the bathrooms! and bedrooms had comfortable mattresses, lots of extra bedding and multi device charging station which was nice touch. Great views from living room of the beach Living room furniture is a bit worn but we assumed clean - just a bit of a downer considering how great the rest of the furnishings are for a rental unit. Also could not find any toilet paper so maybe bring your own? We would stay here again - but stop for TP first lol

Nice location!

Overall our stay was good, location is great (we were off season though) and everything provided that we needed. The door was not locked or closed all the way when we arrived. I had read this in another review so it didn't alarm me. The door needs to be pulled hard when unlocking or locking. If you do that it works fine. There is a strange odor in the place that we can't quite put our finger on as to what it was. All in all it was fine for the 2 nights and I'm sure in the summer people would enjoy being so close to the beach. o and ope

Great time, great balcony

Group of 8 girls in our 30’s came down for a first time stay in Ocean City for the weekend. The location is unbeatable (right on the beach) and parking out front was available & perfect for multiple cars. The condo itself was nice, but tight for 8 adults. Feedback: is the door to get in was very tricky. Keyless is great, but you need to pull the door into the exact spot and took multiple tries every time. Not ideal after a 3rd floor walk up. Also, checkout time at 10am (yikes). Overall, loved our stay. The balcony was the perfect place to hangout. Quiet building and felt private for a condo. We would definitely stay here again!

Great view and location

We enjoyed our stay with our two young kids. The view is really nice and we appreciated the high chairs and table so we could have full ocean view on the deck. (Not pictured in the original photos we saw). The apartment is nicely updated and clean. Lots of towels and well stocked kitchen with the exception of knives ( I only found a few small ones to work with). My only word of advice to anyone booking is to bring ear plugs. The A.C. unit is in the closet of the master and is very loud as it cycles on and off. We found the beds firm to the point of pain and used extra blankets to pad things up a bit and we ended up using the pull out couch as a more quiet place to rest. Overall a good stay.

Great location!

Awesome location and so close to the beach! The directions for the code on the door were incorrect but we figured it out. The HVAC was not working but we went into the main panel to turn it on. The parking was not clear but we were able to find ample street parking instead. The ceiling in the living room had black markings probably due to water damage. The condo smelled musty upon entry every time, but we opened the windows to air it out. Quick, short trip but we loved the location!

Not a good experience

We arrived to the unit to find the front door lock broken, so the unit was open to anyone who wanted to enter. Once inside, the smell of mold was so strong we were uncomfortable with our toddlers being in the condo for any extended period of time, and turning on the AC just made the smell worse. Overall, the unit is in need of a deep clean; the couches are stained, the kitchen table wasn't clean, and sand and dust were present throughout. We had to make a last minute decision to find a new place to stay for the night, considering the lack of a locking door and the mold smell. After sending our concerns to Vacasa, we were told they would reach out to remedy the situation. We never heard that anything was taken care of and ended up having to pay for five nights in a completely different condo. To this point, we've received no refund or any sort of remedy. We will not rent from Vacasa in the future; they were also given ample opportunity to make things right prior to this review being posted.

Our local operations manager was able to check the home, and everything smelled fresh and clean. The pictures matched up with the actual home. The furniture was clean and stain-free. The door lock could have been locked by just pulling on the door a little bit, and that has been fixed. We are sorry to tell you we are unable to provide any sort of refund. We hope to host you for another truly carefree and great vacation in the future!

It was okay.

We love how everything is close by, beach and restaurants. Only down fall is that place “looked clean” but dusty. This is my second year here and I thought cleaning-ness would have been better. Last year my kids got sick because it was SUPER cold in the place but you werent aloud to adjust the AC. Also this year same thing my wife woke up feeling sick. Too much dust and SAND when you first walked in. Other then that location wise its great. They need to up the cleaning more and also check filters/vents in the AC Im pretty sure they havent been changed therefore my family got sick. Also beds/bed sheets/pillow cases had stains luckily I bring my own but still. Also checking out at 10am is hard when you have kids and checking in at 4pm on the dot is not ideal again when you have kids. The showers also dont have much force when water comes out. We overall had a good time in OC.

Girls weekend

Our stay was wonderful! The unit was bigger then we expected! The unit offered more then what was listed which was very helpful. Everything was clean and easily accessible. Even the neighbors were friendly! The view was so wonderful and parking was easy. 7 adult women in a 2 bedroom unit was going to be tricky but we had plenty of space! All in all a great weekend!

A perfect beach escape.....

We loved this stay in Ocean City. Great clean and visually appealing house. Had all the right upgrades. Loved the patio feature that I used as a work desk over looking the beach through the day. Parking was very convenient.

Ocean Get Away

Everything was great except for getting into the place. The directions to enter the condo were incorrect. We also called someone for help, but my friend figured out that you need to enter the code, press the top button and then turn the knob to the right. The directions told us to press the top button, enter the code and turn the knob to the left. Other than that, it was a top notch location! Had a lot of space and was perfect for our girls weekend!

Adorable oceanfront condo

We stayed here for a friends getaway for a long weekend at the end of August. The condo is well maintained—clean, updated bathrooms, and well stocked kitchen. This place was the perfect size for our group! We enjoyed the oceanfront views and the abundance of seating on the deck and inside. CONS: We had trouble accessing the unit due to a problematic lock from the point of check-in. A lady at a neighboring unit told us everyone has trouble with the lock and that they just keep trying until it works. We called Vacasa to report the issue and were told someone would be there. The first guy that showed up quickly realized it wasn’t an us problem and that the lock was actually not working. He then sent a maintenance person who was there for the first three hours of our stay trying to fix the lock. He was very nice and helpful but we were not able to shower or do much of anything during this time. We said we just wanted to make sure it was fixed permanently because we didn’t want to worry about that during our stay. However, the lock continued the habit of working and then not working at whim. My opinion, a lock should not be difficult or have “tricks” to operate. We encountered issues again after a night out and could not get in late at night. This was our fear. We tried multiple times and then at one point it finally worked again. I hope Vacasa replaces the lock and not with a refurbished one as was done for us. It is a safety issue and a major inconvenience. Vacasa offered a $200 compensation for our troubles which is something but not exactly a great offer given the level of inconvenience experienced.
