Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. EV charging is not available/permitted on the premises. Doing so is cause for removal. There are charging stations at 100th St. bayside, 40th St. bayside, and at Royal Farms and Wawa in West Ocean City.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Spacious condo in a great location

Overall, this is a nice property in a great location. We loved being so close to the beach. It was also family friendly and quiet.

Great view!

You can't beat the view and location. Quiet neighborhood, steps from the beach. The internet is a little slow at the decore is a bit dated with a couple ripped screens but you aren't there to sit in the condo all day. It has all the essentials you need to be comfy.

Cozy Beach Getaway!

We loved our stay at Misty Sea! It was perfect being right on the beach and getting that amazing view in the morning and evening. The check in was easy and the home itself was very clean and cozy. Definitely keeping this location in mind for future vacation needs.

Great Mothers Day getaway

This was a great Ocean Front Unit. Plenty of space for seven people. Directly across the street from Secrets and walking distance to other great shop’s & attractions. We will definitely book again!!

Wonderful OC get away!

Excellent location

Excellent location and view! Easy beach access and easy parking. The condo was clean aside from under the beds. The appliances work well except the dryer, which took a few runs to get the clothes dry. The pull out sofa is uncomfortable and has definitely lost its cushioning over the years. The other beds were comfortable enough. Would stay again!

Great Place but could be amazing with a few updates

Amazing view - spacious living room- comfortable seating - dining area had lots of seating newer. Updated countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms. New shower curtains, no carpet and the starter pack all added to a make the place nice.

Will return

The location was great and the condo well set up for visitors. The beds were comfortable and a ton of kitchenware. We lived its proximity to the beach and to midtown activities. Thanks he only downside is that the cleaners didn’t do a great job but that’s on the cleaners not the owner, and likely varies depending on crew. We plan to return!

Nice location, but could use a deep clean

The location was great! However the cleanliness could be better. Definitely in need of a deep clean. Sand piles left in corners, food stuck to dishes, stove, and some cupboards. Broom and dust pan were just left out like they stopped mid way through sweeping and left it there. Beds are not the most comfortable, flat pillows, but it’s a place to sleep. With a little more care, this place would be 5 stars.

Great House but not properly cleaned

The house itself was great but very dirty when we arrived. There was sand on the floors and in the beds in addition to dirt. After walking barefoot for several minutes in the house, our feet were black. Everything worked as it should and we would recommend the location and the house, but it should have been cleaner for the price.

Beach condo

We chose the property because of its proximity to family members and the beach. The floors, Kitchen, and bathroom were Wiped clean, but shelving and windows Not. The sink and bathtub in second bedroom were clogged badly, But the management company came quickly to fix that. The broom was broken so we could not use that. The closets in both bedrooms were filled with blankets sheets all over the floor and unorganized. So we couldn’t even put things in the closet without cleaning it. The cupboards in the kitchen and hallway were very unorganized, and overflowing. Management told us that the owner uses their condo and a lot of that stuff is theirs.

Lovely stay!

I liked the first floor level view. You can see the ocean but not the people:-) The balcony is well sheltered so in the morning, even at 50 degrees, I was sitting out getting a tan. Its a quick walk to the beach and Seacrets is right across the street. (love that place) We enjoyed the HUGE tv. Rainy days we binged on the premium channels. Everything was great about the stay except for two things. I have a pick-up truck and they won't fit under the building and there are only 3 spaces for oversized vehicles next to the building. You can park on the street which is easy and close but in the busy season I'm sure they will be filled. And the queen mattress is very uncomfortable. I would like to see a topper, at the very least, added to make it a comfortable night sleep. That's the only reason I would hesitate booking this place again next year. But, all in all, we enjoyed the stay.

Great View but not Great Place

I loved the view but the service was severely lacking. The place was filthy and in need of repairs when we arrived. I chatted with a guest services representative, on Sunday, who was very nice and forwarded my concerns on to the local office. I heard nothing from the local office. No communication at all. Then on Wednesday a man showed up without warning. There was no one there to talk with him about the problems. No other contact was attempted from the local office. In the time I was there I cleaned the sand piles out of the apartment. Put the closet doors back on their tracks. Fixed the screen door on the balcony, which had a large hole in it. And replaced both shower curtains. I seriously overpaid for this experience! The only thing I did not replace was the mattress in the one bedroom with the large urine stain. This could have been easily covered with a sheet or dust ruffle on the bottom mattress.

Unpleasant experience

Unit was dirty, housekeeping came back to clean and in the process accidentally took a pair of shoes from the closet. I was told I was to be charged a finders fee for someone to look for the item that was taken and on top of that a shipping fee. After I drive to 2 different office locations (one was closed) i was told the finders fee would be waived and once they found my husband’s shoes I would be mailed my shoes at my own expense. I left Maryland and never heard back from anyone, I will never go through this property management company again. It was very difficult finding the shoes for vacation, it’s hard finding size 14 mens shoes in stores.they didn’t bother to track down the housekeeping staff that went in to clean the unit to see if they accidentally throw them out. That was my original request, their response was telling me they would send someone out to look for an item I had already looked for, and on top of that wanted to charge me a fee for an item that was taken from the closet I was supposed to be able to unpack personal items from.

Nice, spacious condo in a great family friendly and quiet location. Just a short walk to the beach through the dunes. For the price we paid, it would have been nice if the property owner had provided beach chairs and an umbrella. We ended up renting them. The bathtub in the master bedroom was clogged and we had to contact the property manager and they came out the next day to fix it. Housekeeping did not provide hand soap so we had to go out and buy some for each bathroom. It would have been nice to be able to control the air conditioning temperature. It was very hot while we were there and the air just could not keep up. If we could have turned it down just a couple of degrees it would have made a big difference.

Nice place right at the beach

My friends and I had a college reunion weekend and instead of camping decided to rent a condo. We found the place to be very nice and clean, and the view was great! The only issue we had was that the wifi didn't work, and we were told someone would get in touch with us about it, but they never did. There was no cell receptiion inside the condo, so we had to go on the deck to check work emails, etc.

Great Location

Location was perfect! The areas of the condo that have been updated are lovely. The bed in the master bedroom felt really rickety but bedding was all nice. The bathrooms were dated but very clean.

Great place and location

We stayed at this condo last year. We love the location. It was pretty clean when we arrived, linens on beds, towels in bathroom. Was very happy to see the owners upgraded the kitchen and living room furniture since last summer. Absolutely love the condo and location, but the price hike for a mini week is really a turnoff. Would love to rebook a 3rd year here, but could definitely find something similar for a fairer price somewhere else. If Vacasa decides to lower their price, we would love to stay here again.
