Rental includes the entire HOUSE! This single family rental is directly on the bay and one block from the ocean beach, ideal for a family getaway. This three bedroom raised ranch sleeps 6 people in beachfront luxury. Spacious deck overlooking Barnegat Bay with unobstructed bayside sunset views.

Private backyard entrance directly to bay beach and Bayview Park for easy access to family friendly beach activity. Back gate leads to Bayview Park where events are held all summer long including FREE concerts, yoga classes, paddleboard classes. Park also includes playground, paddleboard and kayak rentals, tennis and basketball courts. And don't forget Bayview Park is a guarded bay beach, for your children's safety.

Walking distance form many great area restaurants, miniature golf, pizza and Skipper Dipper ice cream across from ACME. Take the shuttle bus to Fantasy Island to enjoy shopping, waterpark, amusement park with rides and even more restaurants.

Three bedrooms with brand new beds and mattresses, two full baths and outdoor shower. Brand new living room furniture, washer and dryer, two flat screen televisions, central air, vaulted ceiling with fan in living room leading to slider onto raised deck complete with table, chairs, umbrella and BBQ. Don't forget the treehouse with slide right on the property.

LBI getaway

This property was perfect for a week getaway in LBI. Pictures are accurate, outdoor shower was key, great location, beach park was great for kids. Had tons of fun!

Home, away from home !

My family had a wonderful week away. This home felt more like ‘home away from home’ than it did a rental property. Very clean, very comfortable and in a great location. We’re hoping to visit again next season!

Fabulous Location and House!

We really loved everything about this property. The bay views are gorgeous, even better than the photos! And the ocean is really just a block away! The house was very well appointed, and we were very comfortable. The location on the island was great too. Close to everything, but quiet and so beautiful at night. We would definitely stay there again!!

Incredible location and well appointed

This is the very best spot for families with kids, you can literally walk out the back gate to bay view park. I was not expecting the gorgeous firepit! We made great use of it every night to watch the sunset. Everything was clean and fully stocked with glassware and kitchen supplies. We had a wonderful week at the beach!

Steps from the beach

House was perfect for us, just steps from the beach, with a wonderful deck overlooking the water. The bay side is great for young children, and there is a playground a short walk on the beach from the house. Wonderful private outdoor shower with hot and cold running water. The ocean is a block away and admittedly, you have to cross a busy street to get there, but if you wait for the red lights it's not a problem. Kitchen is well equipped, air conditioning works well and the bedding and decor are very nice. The host Laurie is very accommodating and responsive.

Absolutely ideal spot!

We couldn't have asked for a better place to vacation. The house was clean, comfortable, and excellently equipped with everything we needed. The location is completely unbeatable - the photos do not lie. You are literally ON the bay beach; we walked down to go swimming, no beach gear needed, as if we were going into a pool...insanely easy. The views of the sunset were incredible, the outdoor patio and deck were super comfortable, and the tree house is adorable. We'll be back next year, no question about it!

Disappointing stay

I was shocked at the condition of the house upon arrival- there was dust 1/2 inch thick on all of the ceiling fans, mouldings and vents. The air conditioner vents are missing a filter- critical ALWAYS, but especially during COVID. The air circulates with dust due to the negligence of the owner not appropriately cleaning the vents or including a filter. There was a toenail clipping on the floor of the bedroom and crumbs on the barstools. It is clearly not being properly cleaned in between guests. Upon contacting the owner about my concerns when I arrived, to my disappointment, she did not reply. This is not a good house for kids- there are window shades with cords- massive strangulation hazard. The treehouse has rusted nails- again, not safe for kids. There is a cracked mirror in one of the bedrooms with simply a piece of scotch tape on top. The location is also not ideal- there is a very very busy highway street that you must cross to go to the beach- the car traffic is so loud that you can hear it from the bedrooms. I would never rent from this owner again- it’s clear that the house is not being properly maintained. A very large disappointment after investing so much money into our only vacation of the year. The whole experience was very disappointing and the owner did not do anything to make it better when contacted with our concerns.

Perfect location for Family Vacation

The house was perfect for families looking for a nice relaxing vacation where you don't have to worry about keeping the young children occupied. From the treehouse to the toy trucks to the bay beach just steps away the children had a wonderful time and the parents were able to sit back and relax. Anything that I family with young children could want was there. Thank you for a vacation that the will go down in family history

Best House in LBI!

This house has everything you could need for a trip to LBI. Beautiful and very, very clean, the house is located on a private strip of Brant Beach, Bay side. This is perfect for convenience and spectacular views of the sunset from the beach that was steps away or the gorgeous deck. Access to the ocean side of LBI is just a block away if that is your preference. Also close by are kayak and paddle board rentals - this house literally has everything! The owner could not have been nicer, more accommodating or responsive! She was wonderful. This house is great for families - we have a 5 year old who had the best time - or anyone looking for a peaceful, yet fun time in LBI. We can't wait to book for next summer!! Enjoy.

Great Vacation!

Our family had a wonderful time at this house--the location on the bay, near the bay beach was incredible for us with our small children. The house was clean and well equipped. I would recommend this property for anyone looking for great views, short walk to the ocean and convenient access to a playground and bay beach!

Great location!

We had a wonderful, relaxing week in this bayfront beauty. Location is great being next to the Bayview Park. The house has a private path onto the bay beach, which is great if you have little ones. It's like a mini resort with paddle boarding and kayaks to rent within walking distance from the house. We had fun enjoying these water activities. On Mon and Tues evenings, we sat on the nice sized deck listening and enjoying to the great beach concerts from the park. We didn't have to leave the house!...and the sunsets are spectacular! The house is immaculate and very comfortable. We had everything we needed. It's a short walk to the beautiful beach. You just have to cross over the main boulevard and then it's 1 short block. We'll be back!

So nice being right on the bay. Beautiful view of the sunset. Updated kitchen and baths. Very clean.

Our family of 6 had a great stay at Laurie’s house. The sunsets are beautiful. The access to Bayview Park was a nice plus too! The walk to the beach isn’t too bad. The house is updated nicely and very clean. We would have given it a 5 Star, but the beds were a little too soft for us even though they are new.
