This modern but cozy first floor unit has everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation at the Jersey Shore including views of, and beautiful sunsets over, Barnegat Bay!

Come stay at our beautifully decorated, immaculate, well kept home, close to the beach, steps away from a mini bay beach or enjoy time in the heated pool. Enjoy fun family times and make great memories in our cozy, beachy style home. Our home has easy on/off from LBI to Mainland, is within walking/biking distance to shopping, food, mini-golf, restaurants, pizza parlor, fresh seafood store, playgrounds, basketball courts, tennis courts, coffee shop, seafood and meat markets, and ice cream parlors! Enjoy your day at the beach swimming or surfing, fishing, or enjoy relaxing, sunbathing, or swimming in our heated in-ground pool!

We are located on a quiet family street. and the 1st floor rental unit has 3 bedrooms and one 1.5 baths. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed with a 1/2 bath en-suite. The second bedroom has a full size bed and the third bedroom has two (2) twin beds. Each bedroom (and living room) has a ceiling fan and flat screen TVs. The unit comes equipped with high speed Wi-Fi access, central air/heat, and a full-sized stack-able washer/dryer. The full bath has a shower/tub combo, perfect for kids and renters can enjoy access to your own outdoor shower!

After the beach, relax on the private, covered front porch with beautiful bay/sunset views and BBQ outside on the gas grill.

12' x 24.5' heated pool in the backyard with Outdoor Guest Shower.

Off-street parking for 2 cars as well as street parking 1st come, 1st served.
Sleeps max of 6 people (incl children). Min rental age 30. No pets allowed, no smoking inside, no exceptions.

Rental includes 6 beach badges for your family to enjoy. Tenant is responsible for lost badges.

2nd floor unit, owner occupied. While we try to give exclusive access to the pool to our guests, there may be times we overlap.

Wonderfully well appointed, comfortable, and well situated property. Loads of room for family of 5 to stay comfortably, eat indoors, on the covered patio or al-fresco by the pool. The outdoor amenities are ideal for apres-beach activities - grilling, relaxing, having a swim. Great hosts on hand with useful pointers and for any questions. An A experience.

Perfect Beach Getaway

Just the perfect beach getaway that one could ask for. The house was spotlessly clean, beautifully modern, and had plenty of parking. It was also fully stocked with everything we needed, which made settling in so easy. Located in a quiet, charming neighborhood, it was just a short walk to the beach and close to all the great coffee shops and attractions LBI has to offer. The private pool was a standout feature, we used it every day and it truly elevated our stay. Priscilla was a fantastic host, responsive, helpful, and a pleasure to communicate with. We highly recommend this property and canā€™t wait to come back!

Wedding Getaway

We booked this beach house for a wedding. It was the perfect location just steps from the bay, a short walk to the beautiful beaches, and many shops and restaurants. We enjoyed coffee on the deck with a beautiful bay view. Also, the neighborhood was quiet, safe, and welcoming.The private pool was lovely ā€“ heated pool, clean, well-maintained, and plenty of pool furniture. The home was fully stocked with everything we could need. The kitchen had all the essentials , and every room was clean and comfortable. The beds were comfy and there was even a washer and dryer, which we utilized after getting caught in a rainstorm coming back from the beach. The hosts were wonderfulā€”friendly, responsive, and genuinely cared that we had a great stay.

Fun stay

We stayed just one night and had a lot of fun in the heated pool as well as the beach which is a 10 minute walk. The home was very clean..Priscilla and her husband were great hosts.

Perfect house

This property is exactly as advertised ! It was very clean and bigger than we thought . The pool was also a big plus for us , my husband is a runner and used it as his cool down after a long run . Having the owners upstairs was great, they checked on us a few times during our stay , but also gave us privacy . Priscilla even had her husband check on us before a thunderstorm came thru to make sure we saw the flashlight and candles in case of a power outage . It was nice to get to know Priscilla and her family and we feel we made some new friends ! The house had everything we needed , kitchen was fully stocked (would recommend a griddle pan for pancakes ), we had use of the pool and a grill .The beds were super comfortable and the bathrooms were also stocked with shampoo etc . The outdoor shower even had what we needed .We would definitely stay here again ! Highly recommend.

Well stocked and clean property

Great location in Surf City steps from the bay, not a far walk or bike ride to the beach, and a quick bike ride to bakeries, restaurants and shops. The unit is recently updated, very clean, and well stocked. We were surprised to find freshly laundered sheets and towels on arrival. Parking is no issue. The pool is small but great to use after a day at the beach, and the outdoor shower is helpful since there is only one full bath. Overall a great place to stay in Surf City.

Fantastic LBI property

We loved our time at this property and Surf City! Fantastic location, very clean, nicely renovated and located on a great, quiet, family friendly street. We were a little concerned about having the owners above us for the week but do not let that deter you! They were lovely. Available if you needed something or had a question but otherwise just another friendly neighbor. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful property. Clean and well equipped with everything we needed.

Perfect location and very comfortable. Pool is just beautiful and a great amenity. Great house to rent for a family. We were attending a wedding in Beach Haven so this was a perfect spot to accommodate my adult children and twin grandchildren.

Beautiful beach and pool

Priscilla's home is beautiful and in a great location. The pool is lovely and the beach is great (about 4 blocks away and walkable). It made for a relaxing vacation. Priscilla was a good communicator, and answered any questions. We had a little confusion on linens, which may have been our fault as this was our first use of VRBO. It's worth noting that the rental does not include linens, including pillows. There are rental services for this on the island.

Girls weekend

The space was nice and clean. It's definitely more residential and may be more suited for quiet gatherings, but it was a good location to go to nearby restaurants and bars. The owners live upstairs and were around. The pool was nice and relaxing. The only thing was that you needed to bring your own bedding, which may have been a covid rule. Overall the check in and out process was easy and the stay was fun.

Great Rental

My wife, 2 year old son, and I stayed in this rental for a week. The check in process was very easy and the unit itself was updated and clean. The location of the unit is very close to the bay and so safe that my son could play in the street without worrying about cars. The pool was great to have. The owners were friendly and accommodating and wanted to make sure that our stay was as pleasurable as possible.

We are a family with two young children. My husband and I have been coming to LBI for have our families before us. After renting in towns along the island for years, we fell in love and decided to grow our roots in Surf City. We took the plunge in 2015 and gut renovated our home - a duplex. We raised the house and created two cozy 3 bd 1.5 bath units to enjoy year-round. We're thrilled that our kids will grow up having long-lasting memories on the island and hope you/yours do the same if decide to stay with us.

The house is an easy on-off from the causeway, 3 blocks from the beach, situated on the Bay Block. Surf City Pizza, Blue Claw (fresh seafood), mini golf, ice cream, and a diner are all within 2-4 blocks walking distance.

O que faz essa propriedade ser Ćŗnica?

Besides being fully renovated, the block is a bay block and we have a little hidden gem at the end...a small bay beach that's perfect for the kids to play in all day! It's shallow and calm enough for babies to get their toes wet, deep enough for toddlers to swim, find shells, rocks, and snails in, and deep enough for parents to lounge on floats to soak in the rays, run back to the house for snacks, a bathroom break, or even nap time!
