1st Floor:

The living room has a 75” flat screen TV. The kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, a large island with granite, beverage fridge and more. There is a powder room located off the kitchen area. The private laundry room has granite countertops, cabinet space, a washer and dryer + a pantry.

The screened-in porch offers seating plus a flat screen TV mounted above the mantle. There is a table available for dining and a gas grill available just off the screened in porch.

The master bedroom has a king bed, 55” flat screen TV, large-walk in closet and golf view. The private master bath features a no lip walk-in shower, separate soaking tub, granite countertops, and his-and-her sinks. The second bedroom has a queen bed with a 42” flat screen TV. The private bathroom features a no lip walk-in shower and granite countertops.

2nd Floor:

The second living area has a 75” flat screen TV and access to the balcony.

Bedroom three has a queen bed, flat screen TV, walk-in closet and golf view. The bathroom access is just outside the door and has a walk-in shower + granite countertops.

Bedrooms four & five both have one queen bed each and they both have a flat screen TV. These bedrooms share a jack-and-jill bathroom with granite countertops and a shower/tub combo.

• Distance to Beach: This home is 1.6 miles away from the Sea Pines Beach Club. It is a very easy bike ride to the beach & bike racks are available at the Beach Club. You can also take the seasonal complimentary beach shuttle (which is available when parking is not permitted at the Beach Club). No parking is available at the Beach Club unless you are staying typically mid-September through mid-March or it is after 5pm. The seasonal beach shuttle lot is a short bike/drive away from the home.

• Private Pool with a Sun Shelf + Bench Seating. 14x28 feet with a depth of up to 5 feet. Approx. 7 feet is the sun shelf. The pool can be heated seasonally for an additional fee. The pool can only be heated for stays falling between Labor Day through Memorial Day for an additional fee. No pool heat is available during the summer months. Please email or call Coastal Home and Villa at least two weeks prior to your arrival if you would like to add pool heat + pay fee.
