This home not only has everything you are looking for in a vacation rental in the heart of Sea Pines Harbour Town, it is also stunningly beautiful. Designed by an artist for her own family, the home presents an unusual mix of comfort, beauty and convenience. THIS HOUSE IS A FIVE MINUTE WALK TO THE FIRST TEE OF THE 2026 HERITAGE GOLF TOURNAMENT AND ALL THE AMENITIES OF HARBOUR TOWN.

The open floor plan features travertine floors, renovated gourmet kitchen with quartz counter tops, bathrooms with the latest in vessel sinks and glass showers, a large gas fireplace with hand-painted faux wall finishes, designer furnishings as well as a 7 large HD flat screen TV's throughout the home. (85 inch flat screen in great room) The iron-railing balconies overlook both the great room and one of Sea Pines' many lagoons and golf courses.

There are four good-size bedrooms (three king, one queen, with the 2 king bedrooms having private balconies) and each with its own full bath and flat screen TV. Children will love the loft that has a full bed, its own television and spectacular views. The living room has high ceilings and large windows that overlook a nicely-landscaped pool, a pond, and the 11th hole of Heron Point Golf Course.

Bicycles are readily available to rent for a short bike ride on safe, dedicated bike paths to one of the most gorgeous beaches in the United States. And, of course, a brief stroll out your front door takes you to Harbour Town golf and the Sea Pines tennis center or to the charm of Harbour Town itself with quaint shops, restaurants, beautiful boats, and live music. Regular live performances for children and frequent appearances by famous recording artists are Harbour Town specials.

You will not find another larger, higher quality property (home or condo) this close to Harbour Town at these prices!

Just as described “spectacular home”! Perfect for our family - plenty of room, awesome and well equipped kitchen. Great location to easily walk or bike to both South Beach and Harbour Town. Outstanding communication with host - very responsive and thorough in preparing us for stay. Looking forward to going back to Hilton Head and staying @ this home again!

This is a lovely home away from home! We have stayed here several times. The recently renovated kitchen is wonderful and spacious open concept dining areas and family room-are perfect for our family. The location of the home is ideal as well. The property is very well maintained and managed.

Great location….walkable to Harbour Town. The parking in driveway for three cars was a plus. Pool/patio area in back was nice/relaxing. Would definitely recommend.

We had another great stay at this property! The house is spacious and well-taken care of. The location allows for a walk to Harbour Town and a short bike ride to the beach. Jim and property manager Bryon were both very responsive throughout the process and during our stay. We have already booked our next visit!

You cannot beat the location of this house, the chef’s kitchen, and the pool / pond / golf course in your backyard! There were 8 adults during our stay, and everyone had a great time.

What a wonderful house! There was so much room to spread out & plenty of room for our family of 9. The beds were very comfortable & all the furniture was new & very nice. We loved the pool & all the places to sit outside. The location in Sea Pines is just perfect. You will love staying here!

This was a return trip to this property. We love the Sea Pines community and this property especially. The owner had renovated the kitchen and master bath since our last trip. The updates made a beautiful home even better. When we come back to Hilton Head we will book this property again.

We stayed in this ideal home for an extended family. The kitchen was extremely well equipped with cooking tools. The refrigerator and dishwasher were top notch. The house is well located and very close to Harbor Town. The pool was well maintained and a great addition to the home.

We had an enjoyable stay at this house for a family celebration with kids and grandkids. The younger kids really enjoyed the backyard pool, which was cleaned prior to our arrival on Saturday and again mid-week. There is ample decking around the pool and nice, new outdoor furniture with two tables for seating along with a very nice outdoor gas grill. The kitchen had recently been redone with quartz countertops and new appliances. We enjoyed the larger dining room table for family dinners and also the smaller table for games with the kids. The furniture in the living room had been recently updated and was clean and comfortable with ample seating. The kids enjoyed the large tv in the living area with streaming available. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood within easy, walking distance to Harbourtown; the smaller kids loved going over to the big playground. This is an ideal location for staying on HH if you are not directly on the beach. We appreciated the passes provided by the property owner into Sea Pines so that we could easily pass in and out of the gates. This home provides 4 bedrooms plus a loft with a queen bed, ideal for an older child. It is a lovely home for a multi-generational family vacation or for several couples looking for a great location on HHI.

This house is spectacular. Many updates, very clean, lots of space for your family to spread out and entertain. A great pool, plenty of bathrooms. Plus the proximity to harbor town and the beaches make it an easy choice to stay here. Can’t say enough good things about this property

We had an amazing week at this beautiful property! Perfect location with easy walk to Harbour Town and the trolley to the beach. Loved riding bikes to get coffee in the morning, jumping on the trolley to the beach and then coming back to float in the pool in the afternoon. The horse had everything we needed and lots of space for us to spread out.

Beautiful Harbourtown home

We loved our stay and can’t wait to come back again. We were in the pool and outside every day. Location was great. Kitchen was massive and perfect for our family as was the whole house. Ice maker was pretty awesome also.

Beautiful home in a great location

This is a beautiful home in a great location and within walking distance to Harbour Town. It has a large kitchen with upscale appliances. This is definitely a great place for a multi-family vacation. Plenty of room to socialize. I wish we could have stayed longer than a week. Maybe next year!

Everything about this home is perfect! We traveled with 3 couples and one child, and the space allowed for everyone to have their own privacy within the home. The common spaces were large and allowed us to enjoy our time together! We also loved the outdoor backyard space! We cannot stop talking about how fantastic our stay was- we hope to be back soon!

Beautiful updates

We stayed in Jim and Joanie’s home last year. We loved it so much that we returned this year. The updated kitchen was beautiful. They go above and beyond to make sure your stay is an enjoyable experience. We will be back:)

Amazing vacation home

Our stay was positive from booking to check in to completion. The owner communicated well, accommodations exceeded expectations, and the new kitchen features were a wonderful. We loved the new built in under counter ice maker too! This was our 2nd family stay at Stoney Creek.We hope to return again in the future!

Another Great Stay!

We had another great week at 16 Stoney Creek with our family! The new house updates are beautiful and Jim and property manager Bryon’s communication was outstanding. We love the location being so close to Harbour Town and took the short walk to the shops and restaurants daily. Until next time!

We have been coming to Hilton Head since 1985. After visiting most of the beaches in the Carolinas we found ourselves always comparing them to Sea Pines and wanting to come back Harbour Town. Sea Pines and Harbour Town specifically, is a unique resort unmatched on the east coast after all of these years. We never found another vacation spot where you can drive, park your car and never need it again to access all of the amenities the resort has to offer. It has every amenity you can think of, Golfing, Tennis, great beaches, salt water fishing, fresh water fishing(right in our own backyard),boating, jet sking, para sailing, paddle surfing, hiking,yoga, bicycle trails, forest preserves and walking paths. Oh I forgot to mention some of the great restaurants on the island along with bars, quaint shops and the coolest playground for kids all right in Harbour Town and a three minute walk from this home.

Gregg Russell, the children's performer, who has been performing for over 45 years under the liberty Oak in Harbour Town has a song called Come away Home. One line in the lyrics is 'Harbour Town is calling you home is so true. Once you visit you will keep coming back!
