If you are needing a place to call home for a month or longer, this is the ideal place for you. Relax and enjoy this beautiful, two-story home in the heart of Belmont Shore, Long Beach.

With four bedrooms (sleeps seven) and three bathrooms, living areas both upstairs and downstairs, air conditioning, plus indoor and outdoor dining (with large BBQ), this house has plenty of space (2,550 sq ft). And don't worry about parking, there is a two car garage.

Master Bedroom - One King with TV, ensuite bathroom and dressing area, access to 2nd floor patio area
Bedroom Two - One Queen Bed with TV, with plenty of closet space and shared bathroom (with Bedroom Three) which has tub/shower and separate WC
Bedroom Three - One Single bed (with additional pullout trundle)
Living area with TV, comfy couches, fireplace, and large patio door

Downstairs
Bedroom Four - One Queen Bed with TV and bathroom across the hallway
Dining area - soaked in natural light from large skylight above
Living area with comfy couches and doors opening to front patio area

We just stayed for 9 terrific weeks at Charley’s house and it was a real joy. The home is in a fantastic beach neighborhood, super convenient to shops, the beach and great walks, and has tons of space (and a 2 car garage!!). Nice neighbors too.The house old and a bit quirky, but extremely comfortable and with a great layout. The homes in this area are very close together, so it can be a bit noisy at times, but it’s surprisingly quiet given the density of the neighborhood. It was extremely well stocked with cleaning and paper goods (just no spices, oils, etc). Tons of markets are nearby, and loads of restaurants are within walking distance.The kitchen did work well and we cooked often. Super easy and with decent knives, pots and pans. Always appreciated.Beds were good. Bathrooms too. The hot water takes a bit of getting used to, but it was totally fine. AC is ok (if a bit uneven), but we only used it for a bit in August. Otherwise we just had the windows open for those lovely ocean breezes.The best thing about the home is Charley herself. Delightful, kind and generous. She was always helpful and so accommodating. A gem. Can’t wait to return!!!

Repeat five-star stay!

We couldn’t have been happier returning for 3 months to this beautiful, well maintained and perfectly situated home - the second summer in a row! Once again, Charley the owner was terrific in terms of making the check in and check out smooth and being very responsive throughout the stay if we had any questions. The photos don’t do justice to how lovely and light-filled this home is. We will miss it! Highly, highly recommended!

Amazing experience! Great location!

Hi I wanted to share my experience, I stayed in the property for around 6 months, the owner was very nice and helpful, the location is great, there are a lot of restaurants and places to walk nearby, the neighborhood is very safe. I definitely recommend to stay at this property, I will stay there in future trips. Thank you!!

We loved our 3 month stay at this beautiful Belmont Shore home, which in reality looks even better than the website pics. Super clean, comfortably and stylishly furnished, and well stocked with everything you could need for an extended stay (including super-fast wifi!). Charley, the host, was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish: easy check-in process, quick to respond to questions (though in fact, we had no real issues as everything worked exactly as described) and always with a cheery and positive attitude. We particularly appreciated the special effort Charley made to accommodate our needs (including adding compact but highly functional desks to the bedrooms). The location can’t be beat in terms of walking proximity to lovely beaches and the fun 2nd St shops and restaurants. We would 100% book again if we get to spend extended time in the Long Beach area again.

Excellent place to stay!

I had a wonderful experience renting this property. Belmont Shore is such a cool, clean, safe neighborhood and it will be missed. The house itself was big and comfy for myself and my three roommates. Charlie is a very thorough host and set us up with everything we needed to have a great stay. Altigether we were very pleased.

Great house, perfect location, amazing hosts

Hosts could not have been nicer or more caring; I would give them 10 stars. The house is fantastic, with all comforts of home. Bedrooms are configured to maximize privacy, great for multiple families. The house has AC but we never turned it on because the house gets cool ocean breezes. Belmont Shore is so great we decided to move here! We had a long stay over summer and barely needed our car; great area for walking on beach, around the pretty little island, and to restaurants and shops. Be aware that this is a vibrant beach area and people do walk/drive past with little regard for noise level.

Perfect Stay in Belmont Shore!

We stayed for the month of March 2021 and we hope to be back soon! Charley is a gracious host and answered all of our questions within minutes. Easy communication throughout our entire stay. Excellent location to enjoy the bay, the beach and the restaurants on 2nd street. The house is the perfect size and the garage is very convenient for cars, bikes and all your water sports equipment. The house is very well equipped for long stays and the kitchen provides all the necessities for cooking and baking. Don't hesitate, book your stay today!

Belmont Shore Paradise

This was by far our best beach rental we have ever stayed in! Charley was an amazing host, who greeted us upon arrival with a beautiful bouquet of flowers, setting the mode for a relaxing vacation stay. She made the check in and out process very convenient. The house was impeccably clean but also had all the amenities one would need for a beach stay. It is evident she puts a lot of care into her beach home. The linens and towels were all new, as well as many of the kitchen amenities. We would recommend this VRBO to anyone and hope to stay here again!
