Family Girls Trip

Thank you for sharing! The condo is very nice and has everything you need. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return. The only thing I would change is putting blackout curtains in the the two front bedrooms. The lights outside make it hard to sleep.

Convenient and cozy

Perfect location for our family of 8. Amazing beach view and easy access. Close to food and shopping. Would've liked to have had more necessities like garbage bags, salt and pepper, laundry detergent, but we made due. There were a couple small irritations with the king bed and the 2 queen bed room but nothing that would keep us from staying here again. It's a beautiful place and worth the trip for sure.

Great location and property

The location of property was awesome. We loved the size of the property as well. It was a short walk down to beach from 3rd floor. It was clean which makes a vacation even more enjoyable.

Fabulous Condo!

It was a very spacious condo. All the bedrooms had its own bathroom, which was great! Views were beautiful with abundant seating on the balcony. Would definitely stay here again!

Vacation review

The property is great. Just a few things I would suggest, room darkening blinds/ curtains can not sleep for all the light that comes in, need more parking passes than 2 if it is a 3 bedroom you should get 3 parking passes, other than that it was great.

Oh hey Vacay!

Our condo had plenty of room for my daughter and my three grandsons. It was very clean and I felt as if I was at my own home. The grandsons give it a thumbs up and would like to come back next year.

Spring break

We had a great time during our stay. The only thing was that we weren't prepared for the traffic when heading back to the condo from Destin but that's not within your control. Thank you!

Great Vacation Getaway

My boyfriend and I and two other couples just stayed here and it was exactly what we booked. (We had a bad experience two years ago where the place we booked didn’t have any power.) But this condo was very clean when we first arrived and the whole process was simple and easy. We loved the private beach access and the complex pool. The kitchen was great too…only issue is that there were not any hot pads for grabbing things out of the oven but that is a very minor thing. Overall we would definitely love to stay here again!

Gorgeous Views

The condo itself could use some TLC, but just minor cosmetic updates. Definitely worth the price with the ease of beach access and amazing views. Each bedroom has a connected bathroom making it so convenient for the three adult couples we had on our vacation. We all had our own space. The condo was clean but needs a dustpan so one can sweep up sand. Vacasa contacted me daily to verify I was pleased with the condo and my stay. Overall, a great experience.

Family Beach Vacation

The location of the property is absolutely wonderful. The beach view and access are fabulous. The 3 bedroom layout, each with an ensuite bathroom, works great for a family. The beds were clean, as well as the bathrooms and kitchen. However, the furniture is absolutely filthy and extremely tired and worn. Sitting on the furniture is not a pleasant experience. Also, this is the first time I have rented a beach property where no beach towels were supplied. That was disappointing.

very nice

nice condo ! beach was nice. we liked the fact that each condo includes 2 beach chairs and one umbrella per day. The beds were comfortable. the property was clean and well maintained. the one suggestion we have : there needs to be some shade at pool, umbrella or something. even the table area has a screen above...for elderly people that can't sit in sun it's a problem forcing them to stay at the room on porch, they can't come down and enjoy the time with family., otherwise everything was Great !

Clean, beautiful views and great location.

First time using Vacasa. The condo was in a perfect location, was clean upon arrival and has an amazing view. There was plenty of room for a family of 5. A few suggestions, black-out curtains would be nice, especially in the front rooms. The room with the double beds has a light on the balcony which makes it look like daylight all night in that room. We had to put a blanket over it the second night. I’ve seen this mentioned in the reviews before. The one large frying pan has seen better days, food was sticking to it and there was no regular spatula. A few additional pots and pans would make it easier to get food done. Lastly, the towels most definitely need fabric softener. They were so rough, they were hard to use, especially after a day in the sun. We would absolutely stay there again, and most likely will next summer.

BEWARE - Disgusting and Unsafe!!!!

This unit was absolutely disgusting and unsafe. The sliding door did not latch because the piece the lock should attach to was rusted and missing altogether, and the owner's solution was to put a piece of wood in the door tract. This was a major safety concern. There was also significant water damage on the ceiling in the kitchen, hallway, and a bedroom, to the point the paint was bubbled, peeling and had holes. Additionally, the floors were absolutely deplorable and turned our feet and socks black, and there was dust, dirt, and pieces of I don't want to know what stuck to them. The bathtub drains were full of hair, the bathroom exhaust fans were covered in thick dust, there was crayon drawing on the living room walls, the walls/doors/trim were filthy and stained with paint chipping off, there was a hole in the kitchen flooring, the blinds were broken and had a big chunk missing in one bedroom (no curtains in any room either). Further, the photos in the listing are inaccurate. The living room shows two couches and there is only one, which was stained and gross. The barstools and dining table/chairs are also not as pictured - there were chairs missing and the barstools are entirely different and broken, to the point they could not be sat upon. I took photos of everything and provided it to the management team who texted me upon check-in, and I asked for a refund of the expensive cleaning fee. To this day they have blown me off and not provided any customer service follow up or a refund. DO NOT RENT FROM VACASA AND DO NOT RENT THIS UNIT.

The condo was very nice, clean and comfortable. It was at the end of the hallway which was great. We had a family of 8 and there was plenty of room. The kitchen was well equipped and the property grounds were well kept. Within walking distance to several good restaurants and the grocery store is nearby. I will stay again.
