This spacious 1 bedroom, 2-bathroom condo sleeps 6 with a king bed, a sleeper sofa, and a Murphy bed. It features a balcony with beautiful mountain views. Vaulted ceilings throughout. The extra full bathroom is a great added convenience. Ideally located in River Run Village so youā€™re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and local festivities. Plus, you're walking distance to the high-speed gondola. Red Hawk Lodge offers shared amenities including an outdoor pool and two hot tubs.

The entryway has mounted hooks and a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area has a flat screen TV mounted above a gas fireplace and a queen-sized sleeper sofa. Near the living area is a Murphy bed that can be pulled out from the wall at night for additional sleeping arrangements. Extra sheets and blankets are in a closet. The homeowner has also provided a DVD player, a selection of DVDs and board games for your enjoyment. The balcony is just off of the living area and offers beautiful mountain views. Take in the fresh mountain air while enjoying the views.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home. The dining area comfortably seats four and there are two additional chairs that can be added. The first of two full bathrooms is located just off of the living area and has a single sink vanity and a shower/tub combination. Both bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed, a flat screen TV and a Blu-ray player. There is a built-in bench that offers storage and a place to take in the beautiful views. The en suite bathroom has double sinks and a shower/tub combination.

Please note: To reserve this property, the reservation holder must be at least 24 years old at the time of booking.

Loved Location to Gondola!

Pros: 2 people very comfy, Bed was great sleeping after a day of skiing, can't beat the convenience to gondola/RR main street; loved 2 bathrooms (a must). via Summit County Mountain Retreats staff were very accommodating, easy to communicate and quick to respond for any needs-THANK YOU! Wonderful on site Red Hawk Mgr (Emir Odom) was SUPER NICE, went above and beyond to help w/an issue of the washing machines-THANK YOU! Cons: all tabletops & mantle very dusty, not sure why since it was occupied just prior to our arrival, FYSA though I love a well stocked kitchen; NO cabinet space for guest foods/items, need to replace coffee maker. NO washing machine in condo as noted on site of site, there are coin/QR code scan machines but QR code didn't work; still getting emails :-( Most of all would book again.

Reviewer Comments: My wife and I and two adult sons stayed.Well equiped but upper kitchen cabinets way too high for an average woman.Heat thermostat worked well.Good hair dryer for wife.We are 83 and she had some funny antics getting into the HIGH master bed.Murphy bed was comfortable. Great having two bath rooms,but second bath shower was low pressure.While we were skiing , my wife initially had major problems with the tv's Got corrected.The dish washer was erratic and stop on it' own.Had to have a service handy man correct an oven issue and tighten and re- screw all the dining room chairs.Easy walk to gondolo.Not so easy walking back at end of day. TIRED! This condo is great value for the cost. Only gave it 3 stars because of problems mentioned. Was a clean condo with good customer service with prompt attention. We recommend this condo. Ron.

The snow was magical, and we got first run most days. You can't beat being able to break at lunch, have a nice lunch and hit the hot tubs before heading back to the slopes.

Great place for Skiing!

Great property with all the things you need to cook meals and relax after a day of skiing! close to the lift! NOT 2 bedroom listing is a bit misleading... has beds but not the second bedroom.

1st Trip to Keystone

Positives: Location can't be beat. It's an easy walk - even wearing ski boots - from the unit to the main gondola. Extra bath is a major bonus. The Murphy bed was comfortable (we didn't try the pull out). Sleeping 6 is technically possible, but you would want to be very, very friendly to do so.Challenges: Patio door glass was busted and covered over, obstructing views (but we knew that just prior to checking in); grill was unavailable for some reason; and water failed to get hot after 1st night. We were told that we might get some sort of refund after checking out, but no one contacted us so far (1 week later).Even with these challenges, we'd stay again and the rating would be materially improved.

Key pick-up is 1.1 miles away from room

Overall, a great location with easy access to lift and a great view from the balcony.Key pick-up is very inconvenient. It is 1.1 miles away.The apartment was fairly clean, but walked into a moldy fresh-fry by the front door. The management company is not pleasant to communicate with at all and not at all helpful. They VERY long contract you sign will ensure that you have no recourse is anything is wrong with your stay.

Mountain View

The condo was perfect for our stay in Keystone. It was super clean and comfortable. We have stayed in many condos thru VRBO, and itā€™s not always that the unit is so well stocked with everything you need. The kitchen had everything you need from dishes to appliances, and all very clean. The bathrooms were well stocked with towels and personal hygiene items. The convenience of the garage being just an elevator ride away was super. The view from the balcony is awesome. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo itself was very nice. It was clean and well equipped with amenities. It was quiet and had a wonderful view of the mountains. Having 2 bathrooms was great also. Doesn't seem like much but if you have to go while someone is in the shower, it's huge. The entrance to the lower garage was not clear because there is a new building being built next to it and you have to drive through a tiny amount of construction. For this specific unit, use the first elevator that you come to after you enter the parking garage. They have luggage carts which help a LOT. I have 2 complaints that are of NO fault of the condo owners or the rental agency. One: They can't seem to fix the elevator. If you are on the 5th floor it matters. They reset it a few times while we were there to get it working again, but not a permanent fix. I got a message a week prior that the elevator wasn't working. Maybe they couldn't get a technician out there in the last couple weeks to take a look at it. Who knows. Keep in mind, all the condos in the building are worth $650,000 or more. Some in the millions. Second, they built this particular condo without air conditioning. I have no idea if others do or do not have air conditioning, but I suspect they do not. Seems like poor planning on the developers part. The pilot light on the gas fireplace alone will heat the room up. Then factor in this is on the 5th floor it makes it even hotter. Luckily the owners had a couple box fans available to use. But as someone who sleeps hot, I slept like **** the 3 nights we were there. This is NOT a reflection on the individual condo. I believe the entire building is this way. So if you are staying in the summer, keep that in mind. I am normally not critical of the places I stay because I know that hurts them, but this isn't about the owners or the individual condo. It's more about the entire building and what it is lacking. Also, their web based app should include the ability to message them directly.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great stay. Very close to the hill. Murphy bed was perfect for our family. TVā€™s are big and easy to use. Good amenities but need larger coffee cups.

Cozy, conveniently located stay

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, this stay was as described, and is conveniently located near Keystone village. It is worth noting that there is 1 elevator serving this building, and it becomes VERY busy during peak times, meaning you may wait up to 10 minutes to use it. More so, the placement of the stairs does not make using them particularly intuitive or easy. Lastly, we were a bit turned off at the $15/hour fee for early or late check in/out requests, particularly since the agent asks you to notify them if you plan to leave before the stated checkout time, though they do not offer to compensate you. That being said, we do recommend this stay for the location convenience and amenities.
