Experience magnificent Gulf views from almost every room of this top-floor duplex. Built in 2018, this property has many high-end finishes and is modern coastal living at its finest. The property has yards of PRIVATE beachfront on the Gulf, and lots of nesting sea turtles.

This property is non-smoking - not smoking on the deck, at the ground floor seating area or on the private beach. The property line extends to the high-water mark on the beach. If you or a member of your party is a smoker, this property is not for you.

Take the stairs to the 3rd floor, two stories above ground-level. From the large balcony that spans the width of the house there are unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico where you'll be mesmerized by beautiful sunsets. You'll see dolphins swimming by and other wildlife, maybe even a manatee.

The living, dining and kitchen areas are 'open concept' with a vaulted ceiling, increasing the spaciousness of the rooms. The living room has leather couches and a lounge chair, seating for at least 7 people. On the wall is a curved TV with cable channels, and of course free Wi-Fi. The dining room has a large wooden table with seating for 6, above is a beautiful chandelier. The kitchen has beautiful granite countertops, all appliances are brand-new, including a stackable washer & dryer.

The bedding is king-size in the master suite with a walk-in closet, TV, and ensuite bathroom. The bathroom has a double-sink vanity and shower. The first guest room has a king bed, the next has a queen bed and a twin bunkbed above it. The guest bathroom provides a tub/shower combination.

The property is located near the south end of Manasota Key, close enough to walk to Stump Pass State Park.
