This spacious home boasts 3 levels with 4 bedrooms, a game room, and a kids retreat!

The first level features a covered patio with beautiful landscaping and a Giant Swim Spa.
Second level features the main living areas, the Primary bedroom and laundry room.

This gorgeous beach house offers a fully equipped kitchen which is ready for quick meals or for dinner parties. The kitchen offers quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, glass top stove and plenty of cabinets. The kitchen is fully equipped with every needed utensil, kitchen appliance, crockery and glassware. This beautiful kitchen is complete with a quartz island that seats 4 guests.

The kitchen opens up to the dining area and living area.

The dining area seats 8 guests.

Living area is fully equipped with comfortable seating, large flat screen TV.

The second floor has easy access to a balcony equipped with rocking chairs for your enjoyment.

The Primary bedroom is spacious with a comfortable King bed and an en-suite with a walk-in shower, his ’n’ hers double vanity unit, a separate toilet and a walk-in closet.

The third level features the second primary bedroom, 2 more bedrooms and the kids retreat.

We provide a ping pong table and a shuffleboard for your enjoyment.

The kids retreat awaits! Complete with flat screen TV, games, books and much more. The kids retreat offers a fun space for the kids.

The second primary bedroom has a comfortable Queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.

The third Bedroom has a queen bed. The fourth Bedroom has 2 full bunk beds with access to a private balcony. These two bedrooms share a hallway bathroom that offers a shower/tub combination.

All to comfortably accommodate 12 -14 guests.

Enjoy casual outdoor dining under the covered lanai complete with a gas bbq grill as well.

The beach is a two minute walk. There is beach access around the corner from this property with a dedicated crosswalk at the corner.

The elevator is disabled and not available for guest use.

This property allows 1 small pet - if approved there is a non-refundable pet fee of $150.00

* Spa heat is available (Oct - April ) $15 per day + taxes.

Travel insurance is a minimal investment to protect your trip! We stress the importance of purchasing travel insurance that would cover you in the event that you are unable to travel. Beach Time Rentals is able to offer you travel insurance through Generali (except for Hawaii and NY).

AGE REQUIREMENTS. We will not rent to vacationing students, spring breakers or singles under 25 years of age. The majority of the group must be over the age of 25, unless its a family. Any reservation made under false pretenses will be subject to eviction and forfeiture of advance payment of rent and deposits.
