Newly Remodeled! Directly Across from Beach ~ Condo

The location of the condo is fantastic as you will have access to the luxurious Longboat Key Beach nearly to yourself. The island has very little commercialization and there are no fast food chain, but yet still has all the conveniences wanted.

No crowds, only a peaceful and relaxing beach that will feel as if it is your piece of heaven. This is a ground floor condo with one bedroom, one bath and ample parking.

The condo contains a full kitchen, king bed, bath/shower, washer/dryer (coin operated), wood deck with dining table. We have a pack and play for the kids. We do not provide an air mattress for the unit, but you are welcome to bring one. We also do not have a sleeper sofa.

We request no more than 4 people staying in the unit. Beach chairs and linens are provided. Enjoy watching a Live TV or Netflix on a 55 inch and 42 inch LCD TVs.

Super attentive property manager who made the check in and stay process seamless. Very clean accommodations. Stocked with everything needed. Love the location which was steps from the gorgeous beach. We’ll be back next year!

Very nice!

The condo is everything we wanted. From the outside it’s quite modest. Once inside, it’s very, very nice!!!!! My husband & I loved it. A friend flew down from NY, stayed with us, loved it too.! The shower, & walk-in closet are perfct! The bed is very comfy, too! LBK is a gem! Shhhh don’t tell anyone 😉

Great condo by the beach!

What a great month we had in LBK! This place is perfectly located.... walking distance to Publix. CVS, and most importantly right across the street from the beach! St Armand's Circle was a short drive away with lots of great shopping. Mote Marine Laboratory & Aquarium was nearby and well worth the visit. This condo had everything we needed. It was cute, clean, comfortable and did I mention right across the street from beach access? I will miss the uncrowded beach and absolutely beautiful sunsets!! Hope to return soon!

Our week in paradise

What an amazing stay we had at Deanna's and Mark's. From the minute we booked to the minute we left, everything was perfect. When the listing said Location, Location, Location, I couldn't even imagine what that meant . The setting is idyllic-close to the restaurants and shops but yet completely separate. The pictures can not even touch the beauty and convenience. Deanna and Mark have thought of everything, from being picked up from the airport (because we booked for a week), a stop at the grocery store, the keypad lock (so you don't have to worry about how to carry a key), plush towels, amazingly comfortable bed, perfect living room/kitchen, outside table (where we had breakfast every morning), lounge chairs, a dock where we brought our coffee and watched the sunrise, kayaks, a pool, hmmm...what could I possibly be forgetting? And Deanna and Mark were always available with suggestions and to answer any questions! The absolutely perfect place to stay in Roatan. Only problem is to figure out when to go next year!

Couldn't be more pleased!

My husband and I spent the month of March at Eddie's condo in beautiful Longboat Key. The locals call the place "paradise", and it's easy to see why. We had abundant sunshine every day of our stay, with the temperatures ranging from the low 70's to the low 80's. In addition, all of us love truth in advertising, and that's what you get with Eddie. His pictures and description provide a very accurate reflection of the condo itself, and it was impecably clean upon our arrival. And Eddie takes very good care of his guests. In the middle of our stay, the AC stopped working. We contacted Eddie and he immediately sent a repairman over to fix it. When the initial fix failed after a few days, Eddie had the entire AC unit replaced. He kept us informed every step of the way and even stopped by the unit to make sure we were okay. We could not have been more pleased with his response and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to others.

Best Beach Vacation!

Wonderful location with the beach right across the street, grocery store, and convenience stores within walking distance. We have never had a total beach vacation before....this was it! Read 2 big novels and loved walking the beach every day! Eddie was very hospitable and easy to contact.

Across street from Gulf of Mexico & Sunsets!

The condo is exactly as advertised. Very Clean, compact with two nice outdoor spaces—a lanai and a patio, both furnished. Two big smart TVs, strong internet, Renovated bathroom, noise canceling thick sliding glass doors, big walk in closet, all linens & towels & kitchen equipment you could possibly need. Host Eddie was beyond super responsive. Second day he personally brought over a new toaster and a new more comfortable king size mattress. Grocery store & drugstore short walk away. Small garden apt complex on walking/biking path. Easy parking. Coin laundry in parking lot? Come on now….Only drawback but it was clean and available. On the main street in Longboat. What a gem of a place!

Great Condo Excellent Location

Directly across from Public Beach access on Gulf of Mexico Dr traffic stops after 10pm so very quiet sleeping! Walk to Publix for your groceries! Top Notch reno gives this unit modern amenities! All tile flooring with updated windows/sliders with sliding shutters! 60" Samsung Flat Panel mounted on the wall and one in the bedroom also with 100 MBPS internet! Bathroom w/beautiful walk in shower and high end fixtures! Bedroom with huge walk in closet! Only negative for us was the King Bed. Old School saggy spring loaded mattress and box with a foam eggshell topper doesn't match the quality of this condo. Ok for the kids and maybe some youthful backs but not for the elderly! We have been sleeping on a Medium foam mattress for the last 20 years and this bed was not comfortable. I slept better on the nice firm leather couch in the family room! If you rent here BYOB (bed)!

Amazing Sunsets 🌅

We had an amazing stay at Eddie’s place. The condo is in a prefect location across the street from the ocean. The unit was very comfortable. LBK getaway

A beautiful, newly renovated cozy one bedroom! We spent just over three weeks here from March to early April. The location is fantastic; immediately across from the beach access, and easily walkable to Publix and CVS for all our grocery needs. Eddie (owner) was very responsive and helpful for any of our questions or requests! Well-recommended.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at The Neptune. The location is fantastic- easy walk to grocery store, pharmacy, post office and library, and the beach is right across the street! The kitchen is well equipped, the lanai is a wonderful place to sit and read, the bed very comfy.

Great location

Had a wonderful time in LBK. This place was perfect. Couldn’t be any closer to the beach and walking distance to grocery store, a big plus. Eddie, the owner, was always easy to reach and took care of any issues promptly. Would stay here again, without hesitation.

Location -location -location!

We stayed the month of March at this wonderful condo located right across the street from the beach and within walking distance to Publix , CVS, banks, tennis courts, library etc..... Miles of wide sidewalks and endless beach to walk everyday. Glorious sunsets every night. Enjoyed our daily views of dolphins, pelicans, egrets, herons, geckos and even an eagles nest located nearby . Loved the shopping and dining at nearby St. Armands Circle. The condo was immaculately clean and furnished with everything we needed. Our host, Eddie, was great and available for any questions. We had a fabulous stay and loved this VRBO Highly recommend .

My family lives in Sarasota and only use this condo when not rented. The location is great with beach access the street and only Publix on the island just a few minute walk. The location is between St. Armand's Circle and Anna Maria Island.
