We're happy to report that despite two hurricanes hitting Florida, our neighborhood was blessed with minimal damage, and nearly everything has now been repaired. The pool is fully operational, the tennis courts are being resurfaced after some saltwater exposure, and the local beach has changed shape but is ready for your enjoyment as well. We look forward to welcoming you!

Home Away from Home

I can't say enough good about this property. The owners have thought of everything you could possibly need when furnishing this unit for their guests. You really only need to breing food and your clothes. The kitchen, laundry room, bathrooms are stocked with the essentials and the garage has everything you would need for the perfect beach day. Although the unit isn't ocean front it is only steps aways from the beach. The short distance to the beach is easy and well worth the short walk. The owner was wonderful to work with and check in was a breeze. In addition tothe amazing unit the amenities at the clubhouse and the staff was everything i could ask for. The staff was very welcoming and made me feel apart of rhis wonderful community. My family and I will be back!

Great location to the beach! The kids enjoyed all the amenities the tennis courts, gym, pool and fishing dock. The Condo is functionally furnished for anyone, big kids or young ones. We loved the space and the comfortable beds. Hopefully we will be back again soon. Host was quick to respond with any concerns or questions.

Wonderful townhome/condo in LBK! Very clean and appropriately furnished for all your vacation needs and more! We had access to tennis courts, swimming pool, bikes and a short walk to one of the most beautiful beaches in Florida. Very friendly community. Viktor was a responsive and an accommodating host. We will rent from him again if opportunity presents itself😊

Friends Trip

We had an absolute amazing time! We visited for a friends wedding. The condo was very clean and matched the pictures. The beach was less than a 5 minute walk away. The condo had everything we needed they had beach chairs, coolers, umbrellas, which was so nice to have. The condo does have a lot of stairs which was a little tricky with a one year old and the provided baby gate was too small to safely secure it. When putting the address in keep in mind it takes you to the wrong condo and it is a little further down. We would definitely recommend it and hope to be back in the future!

Wrong Access Code!!! Too Many Levels/Steps!!!!!!

Viktor-Owner gave us the wrong access code. We showed up at 9 p.m after food shopping. It took us a while to figure out the code. Viktor claimed he gave me a modest refund . Viktor did not respond to my question about where the refund went. Also..the place has 3 levels with many many steps. Must be in good shape..is tiring!!!!

The Cedars

We have been staying at the Cedars for over 25 years. Perfect location to get away from the heavy tourist areas. The pool, clay tennis courts and gym at the club house add greatly to the stay. Wouldn’t want to be anywhere else.

Very clean with great amenities

The condo was very cleaned and had everything you needed to have a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well stocked with things you may need to cook, beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, toys were provided. The communication with the owner was easy and he got back to me on a few questions promptly. Being at Cedars is great- there is access to a fitness center, pool, tennis, pickleball and bikes. It also has access to the bay. Overall, would recommend.

The unit is great. Our favorite since we’ve been staying at Cedars the past 5 years. It is clean, renovated, well stocked. We would look to stay there again .

Best vacation ever!

Such a wonderful place! We had one of the best family stays ever. Viktor’s place was absolutely perfect for us (a family with two teenagers). We felt as we were at home. Not only was it extraordinarily equipped, but it was also comfortable, spacious, bright, and in an incredibly beautiful area. The beach is dreamy and 5 min walk. If we could, we would give you 6 stars! Thank you so much for making our stay unforgettable! Love from Argentina!

Perfect spot in LBK!

Our family loved staying here! It was extremely clean and well organized. It had everything our family of 6 needed including two cribs, which is next to impossible to find. Our kids loved having access to all the beach toys. Viktor truly thought of everything to make our experience stress-free. Couldn't recommend enough!!

Pleasant experience.

Viktor, the owner and host, was very much interested in making sure our stay was enjoyable. If we found a minor problem, he reacted immediately and tried his best to remedy the situation promptly. As an owner, he uses the property himself and therefore is very interested in making sure everything is clean and in good working order. He made this a very enjoyable experience.

Our stay in Longboat Key

We loved the condo. It's very roomy and modern. The pool is big and convenient, but it could use more lounges and umbrellas. There are many tennis courts and some pickle ball courts for those that like to play. The beach is across the street, less than 10 minute walk. Our first time in Longboat, and we like the island. More laid back than Siesta Key, and has some great restaurants. we loved the Mariachi band at the nearby Mexican restaurant. Folks should try to get to the Mote Aquarium, it is a fun place.

Nice Property….Good Location

Very nice/clean property…located near the center of Longboat Key. 5 minute walk to the beach and 10 minute walk to the bayside. Teenagers enjoyed playing soccer tennis and using the gym located in the community. Free Bike rental available. Would recommend visiting

Loved Longboat Key

This was our first time to longboat key. This condo was perfect for our stay. A 5 min walk to beach or the pool. Longboat key is a great location to Anna Maria island, st Armand’s circle and Sarasota. We enjoyed eating at Drydock, Shore and walking to Harry’s. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay near beach and pool

This townhouse on Longboat Key is truly a gem. Its location, amenities, and the quality of accommodation make it a great choice for families or couples. With a 5-7 walk to both the beach and a large swimming pool, we were able to easily indulge our love of the water nearly every day. We also took advantage of the free bicycles. Finally, there was never a wait for a tennis court. Viktor responded promptly to any question or request, and he keeps the unit in top shape. We hope to return soon!

Great Stay at Longboat

Great stay at a very well-furnished and clean property that offered lots of amenities. Host equipped it well – especially the kitchen, laundry and other niceties for beach and pool use. Very appealing was the included access to Cedars Tennis Resort and Club… specifically the pool, fitness facilities and bicycles. Would definitely rent this property again when vacationing in the Longboat Key area.
